I am the owner of a Mental and Medical Health Care clinic. Our clinic has only two providers. We manage medication for patients on an outpatient basis and provide psychotherapy.

Parker was very well organized and timely with his replies. He had a colleague come to the clinic to take professional pictures first. We then collaborated on the content. He was able to make great suggestions to help the site be more intuitive by those looking for services. He also made the sight more appealing to different screen presentation.

He worked alone on the web design. He brought in a colleague for the pictures.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wallman Design?

We needed to create a new website to reflect our values, present a positive and attractive image to the community, and be totally accessible on mobile phones as well as computers. We hired Wallman Design to develop this website for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew of Parker because I had worked with him on another newsletter for our community association. He was recommended by others for whom he had done similar work. We liked his clean design and ability to customize it for our particular needs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I presented Parker with requirements for the various pages that needed to be on the website. He constructed the structure of the website. We purchased photos in collaboration, and he created several version of the design. Once we selected the one we liked, he inserted copy that I had written and conducted all the SEO work. He also worked with Wix to develop the 5-6 forms that we use.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked exclusively with Parker.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone in our organization was delighted with the new website. We consistently get inquiries from other counties that have similar political organizations about whether we can help them re-do their websites. The design is very flexible and allows us to change copy, photos and/or page formats as needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Parker is extremely responsive to all our requests and questions. It was a very effective collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Parker listened closely to what we wanted and came up with the perfect design.

Not that I can think of.
