BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a manager at Survival Pax, an e-commerce company. We provide high-quality camping, emergency preparedness, and everyday carry gear designed for practical everyday use.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Volodymyr Zamkovyi InvestWP?

We needed help with website technical support, server management, fixing errors, handling customer complaints, and resolving technical issues.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Volodymyr provided ongoing website technical support, server management, troubleshooting, and fixing technical errors. The main deliverables were bug fixes, server-side troubleshooting, website maintenance, and timely resolution of reported issues. We also worked on SEO improvements and ongoing website optimization.

Additionally, Volodymyr supported me in hiring other specialists. We reviewed their proposals together, and he advised me on the quality of their offers, the scope of work, and whether their proposed approach was appropriate for the website.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Volodymyr.

How did you come to work with Volodymyr Zamkovyi InvestWP?

I found them through an online search. I appreciated Volodymyr’s directness and openness. He was willing to do a lot for me even before we signed the contract, which showed his genuine interest and commitment to the project.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000–$49,999.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2020 to September 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Volodymyr always resolved issues within 1–2 days and urgent tasks within a few hours. He was very proactive in identifying and warning me about potential problems, which allowed me to make informed decisions instead of simply putting up with issues, as I had experienced with previous IT specialists.
We had a contract for a fixed number of hours each month, and Volodymyr always tried to resolve our issues and move the project forward within those limits. I’m very grateful for his work.
We received more than 500 positive reviews on Trustpilot, and our clients were very satisfied with the service.
Volodymyr always did everything possible to keep the website stable and running reliably, and he resolved problems quickly whenever they occurred. Because this was long-term support over several years, there wasn’t one single dramatic change in performance. Instead, he continuously improved, fixed, and replaced different parts of the website over time.
The best way to describe it is that the website remained the same project, but almost every technical detail was improved or replaced along the way. Many of these changes were preventative and therefore not always visible to the end user — the value was that problems were addressed before they became serious.

How did Volodymyr Zamkovyi InvestWP perform from a project management standpoint?

Urgent tasks were usually resolved within a few hours, while non-urgent issues were generally handled within 2–3 days. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out was that Volodymyr Zamkovyi InvestWP worked like a partner. He explained technical decisions in plain language, stayed on top of communication, and actually cared about the result.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Volodymyr did a tremendous amount of work. I honestly couldn’t expect much more from one person.
