We judged success mainly by delivery speed and launch readiness, plus basic quality signals on the shipped front end. InvestWP enabled us to go from kickoff to a publishable marketing site quickly (10 days), which was our primary KPI given the urgent timeline.We validated quality using responsive cross-device checks, cross-browser smoke tests, and quick performance benchmarks (Lighthouse and PageSpeed) on core pages. The work met our expectations overall; we only needed minor polish.

After all design versions (desktop and mobile) were approved, the developer completed the coding and delivered the project. I received full access to the admin panel along with clear instructions. Our biggest challenge was branding and structure. We knew the service we needed to sell (surrogacy), but beyond that, we had no idea how to develop the project or whom to hire. We were recommended to reach out to them, so we had an online meeting with their team. They asked about the specifics of our business, and we discussed the tasks the website should accomplish. They suggested building the structure around key advertising phrases and competitor websites. Later, they sent us three budget options: the first was for development only, the second included design and development, and the third covered design, development, and content creation. We chose the third option because we didn’t have anyone in the company who could write the content.

For the design, they proposed an option, but it was too playful and childlike. We wanted a more conservative look. That's how the deep green color came about. They also presented a logo that we liked right away. Over the course of two months, they periodically sent us links to the design, and we provided feedback on both the design and the content.

The development was done without much involvement on our part. They simply sent us a link to the domain after a month. After the first inquiry, we asked them to track the geolocation of potential clients so we could know which country we would be dealing with during contact.

We also asked them to continue working with us after the launch. We simply don’t know what to do with the website without them. They provided us with a guide, and we were able to go in and make a few changes ourselves. But having someone available to answer questions or quickly fix an issue is very reassuring and allows us to focus on other things. The website just works, and their team is responsible for it.

We launched a PPC campaign and were very pleased with the number of inquiries by the second month. The website fully paid for itself. Clients genuinely trusted us more than our competitors. Something about our website really caught their attention.

Yes, they answered all of our questions on Telegram. They were a great help with the content, and their copywriter was very detail-oriented, promptly making any changes we requested. We had Zoom calls whenever we needed to approve something or get access to certain accounts.

They were very invested in launching the website. Sometimes I felt like they were even more invested than we were. Every call had a clear purpose—approving the style, finalizing the homepage, reviewing the mobile version, checking the website on the domain, and so on. Normally, people make mistakes, but in this project, I saw the contractor do everything flawlessly. That probably shows their experience. Experience really plays a huge role in professionalism. In our first meeting, they didn’t show us case studies of other medical websites, but the way they approached our project and demonstrated their seriousness and commitment.

We reached out to InvestWP based on a recommendation. They asked us about our competitors and which websites we liked. After that, they showed us a draft of the homepage, which we really liked. Then, they designed the remaining pages, including separate versions for mobile devices. We approved everything. A month later, they sent us a link to the website. We were very pleased with the result — it was user-friendly and easy to navigate. 
Our whole office reviewed it, and we provided some feedback on the content. What's important is that all the work was completed in exactly two months, as they promised. They also sent us a guide on how to edit the website content. It was crucial for us that the website was modern and easy to use, and that it was fully functional by the time our ad campaigns launched.
