The final revisions took longer than expected, but I’m happy with the result. It’s hard to fully grasp how a website will function just from the Figma design. After approving the design, I wanted to adjust some details once the website was built. Maybe it’s just my perfectionism. I’m not sure how this can be improved—perhaps by creating interactive prototypes in Figma (if that’s even possible)—but it could reduce the number of revisions in our next project.

I showed my competitors to the team, and we selected the best solutions from them. From one competitor, we took the site structure, and from another, the content for the homepage. The team prepared three design options for me and also creatively incorporated my character, which was drawn by another graphic team. I really liked the last option, and it became the basis for the entire website design.

After all the approvals and revisions, they took about a month to write the code. I purchased hosting and a domain, and they transferred the project. After that, I reviewed the work, received access to the admin panel from them, and began filling in the content.

My marketer praised the team for the excellent structure. I really liked the design and believe that we stand out favorably from our competitors' websites. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe.

They involved two designers to create a range of stylistic options for the homepage. They have a strong understanding of SEO and provided very insightful advice (my marketer confirmed their expertise). I also appreciated that they referenced competitor websites from European countries, not just from Kyiv.

I really miss having someone dedicated to content creation. Right now, I can't fully develop the website because I need to write content for the new pages myself. It would be fantastic if they offered such a service in the future.

We needed to quickly create a small WooCommerce website with online payment. So InvestWP designed a mockup for us, which we approved. After that, they requested the content to upload the products and access to the payment system to integrate it into the website.

Two weeks later, we purchased the domain, and they launched the project. We asked them to have all inquiries sent to a shared Telegram chat, which is very convenient for the manager’s workflow.

After the launch, we announced that we had a new website, and orders started coming in. Payments for the products were received through our payment system, and everything worked perfectly.

I work as a manager, communicating with marketers, developers, designers, social media managers, and other specialists. After creating the design with another team, we began looking for a company that could develop the website based on our mockups. The owner of our company had previously worked with this company for an online store and recommended them as potential contractors. We had a call to discuss the tasks.

They requested animation references from the designers to review the code used in other projects and provide an estimate. After that, we had Google Meet meetings for each page, made design revisions, provided references, and they started coding. In three months, we completed all the pages and launched the project.

We had an online meeting every Monday. They delivered the completed pages to us, and we tested and checked if everything was working correctly. Our team is satisfied with the website.

In this project, I was the manager, and they were the executors. They adhered to all deadlines, and the quality of their work was very good. I tested each page and occasionally found bugs, which they fixed the next day. Therefore, I am very pleased with their collaboration with me and, especially, with the designers.

We provided many revisions for the animations. Often, we had to speed up the process or abandon some animations altogether. What looks perfect in your imagination can often encounter issues when you try to implement it, requiring either more time to work out the details or simplification. I don't think this is a problem, but I didn’t expect that animating would be quite challenging and require more effort than I anticipated.

Our biggest challenge was branding and structure. We knew the service we needed to sell (surrogacy), but beyond that, we had no idea how to develop the project or whom to hire. We were recommended to reach out to them, so we had an online meeting with their team. They asked about the specifics of our business, and we discussed the tasks the website should accomplish. They suggested building the structure around key advertising phrases and competitor websites. Later, they sent us three budget options: the first was for development only, the second included design and development, and the third covered design, development, and content creation. We chose the third option because we didn’t have anyone in the company who could write the content.

For the design, they proposed an option, but it was too playful and childlike. We wanted a more conservative look. That's how the deep green color came about. They also presented a logo that we liked right away. Over the course of two months, they periodically sent us links to the design, and we provided feedback on both the design and the content.

The development was done without much involvement on our part. They simply sent us a link to the domain after a month. After the first inquiry, we asked them to track the geolocation of potential clients so we could know which country we would be dealing with during contact.

We also asked them to continue working with us after the launch. We simply don’t know what to do with the website without them. They provided us with a guide, and we were able to go in and make a few changes ourselves. But having someone available to answer questions or quickly fix an issue is very reassuring and allows us to focus on other things. The website just works, and their team is responsible for it.

We launched a PPC campaign and were very pleased with the number of inquiries by the second month. The website fully paid for itself. Clients genuinely trusted us more than our competitors. Something about our website really caught their attention.

Yes, they answered all of our questions on Telegram. They were a great help with the content, and their copywriter was very detail-oriented, promptly making any changes we requested. We had Zoom calls whenever we needed to approve something or get access to certain accounts.

They were very invested in launching the website. Sometimes I felt like they were even more invested than we were. Every call had a clear purpose—approving the style, finalizing the homepage, reviewing the mobile version, checking the website on the domain, and so on. Normally, people make mistakes, but in this project, I saw the contractor do everything flawlessly. That probably shows their experience. Experience really plays a huge role in professionalism. In our first meeting, they didn’t show us case studies of other medical websites, but the way they approached our project and demonstrated their seriousness and commitment.

Then, they designed the remaining pages, including separate versions for mobile devices. We approved everything. A month later, they sent us a link to the website. We were very pleased with the result — it was user-friendly and easy to navigate. 
Our whole office reviewed it, and we provided some feedback on the content. What's important is that all the work was completed in exactly two months, as they promised. They also sent us a guide on how to edit the website content. It was crucial for us that the website was modern and easy to use, and that it was fully functional by the time our ad campaigns launched.
