Among the scope of work we initially planted, the member from Vitalify Asia has achieved great success in terms of MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) development. Their PM team has amazing communication skills, ability to turn our rough idea into working product, and attend meeting with potential customers to receive feedback directly.

I have worked with many PdM in my career, but their PM team was definitely one of the best teams. Takuwa has a great balance from both a technical perspective and a business strategic perspective. Risa has fabulous communication skills that energize us and passion to commit to this project. 

Nam has both deep technical knowledge and wonderful language skill in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese. I truly appreciate Vitalify Asia to assign such talents to our projects and wish we can work again in the future.

Unfortunately, we were not able to meet face-to-face during the main period of this project. COVID made the world difficult to connect in person. However, meeting f2f is also considered an important part of building the relationship. Online meeting is convenient, but we wanted to meet them in person at the initial stage of this project.

The overall goal is further down the road and our company will be working on it in the future, but the structure that allows us to understand our objectives in each phase and walk with us is like members working in the same company. I feel very reassured here and grateful to be able to work with them. I can't tell you how valuable it is to be able to feel as if I am working on a project within the company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Although it depends on each development phase, we will inform BF of the requirements and ask them to make a rough sketch to see if it is feasible or not. After that, we will finalize the specifications and design, and then pass the baton to BF for another round of development.

Naturally, priorities and specifications change along the way, but they are/our engineers/our designers? handled flexibly. We also used Slack, TEAMS, trelo, Redmine, and clickup, and changed the means of communication at our convenience, but they/our team? responded flexibly to these changes as well.

Our development capabilities and flexibility range from games to CMS to application development.

I'm not good at keeping records and only the main points have been recorded. I would be grateful to have your support.

The creation of the mockup application has enabled us to make concrete suggestions to our clients. We were able to know exactly what our clients wanted, which helped facilitate communication. As a result, new projects were started up.

During development, the project manager used a chat tool to report on their work daily. We had weekly meetings with the project manager to discuss the details of each development item. When there was a problem, we communicated using chat tools and videos which were screen recordings of the application operations.

1. We define the requirements on our side and ask your company to develop the application.
2. Your company breaks down the requirement definition into development tasks and assigns them to each engineer.
3. Each engineer performs coding and tests whether the implementation is in accordance with the requirements.
4. If there are no problems, the application is released. 　If there are any problems, we request modifications and your company corrects them.
