We were looking for an agency to help elevate our marketing exposure. We appreciated the way Zo presented their services and the fact that we would have a local representative who knew our market, considering we are a one-location practice.

There was an initial 'getting to know us' period and since then we've been pleased with the level of detail recommendations, planning and reporting have entailed. They provide the research we don't have time to do, put together content and help keep us on track toward reaching our goals.

I have worked closely with our local representative and our task manager, alex. They coordinate with the digital and SEO teams on a regular basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are still early in our campaign but we have seen increases in calls and responses, website engagement and SEO/google presence. It is more difficult to track conversions but we are working on that.

Mostly great; there have just been a few instances where I needed to find out what was going on with a project when too much time had passed.

Just a little more flexibility on fees and/or value of the investment when some of the work is being done on our end.
