I met with Valentin Pasecinic to discuss the project, answer any questions, and walk through the screen designs in detail. We then received a project proposal that we approved. All of our designs were handed off to development through Zeplin. Vista Logos set up an ActiveCollab project to keep me involved and send me page links when ready to review. I could provide feedback until the page was approved.
Once the project was completed they provided a GoogleDoc of site documentation that we reviewed all together with the client to answer any final questions before final site handoff. They answered all of our questions and updated the documentation accordingly.

The new site still needs to be populated but I can say that the visual design was executed almost flawless upon the first review. The vista logos team definitely pays attention to detail and is able to get final designs nearly perfect on the first try.

Vista Logos used ActiveCollab to track project tasks and give me transparency into their process. Olha would check in with me on a regular basis regarding reviews to make sure the project stayed on track.

Their attention to detail and execution of the development build was great! I had very minimal feedback when reviewing developed page designs and any revisions I did have were executed in a timely manner.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only issue we ran into with the project was enabling the theme which was causing the site to be live to the public before it was ready to launch. Since I wasn't as familiar with Shopify and that enabling the theme would publish the site I was very surprised to see it was live.

I’m a Manager of a company that exports modernized traditional wool shoes. Our products are made in Russia, and we export them to North America.

We needed someone who could develop our website and also help us bring our company into the market. The domain name that we had initially chosen was also unavailable, so we needed someone to help us find a new one.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Vista Logos helped us with our go-to-market strategy and a branding strategy. We gave them feedback as they developed the brand. Eventually, we landed on a name, a brand profile, a logo, and a color scheme that reflected our mission. Vista Logos then developed our website. They designed the site using CSS and created graphics using Adobe Photoshop. In addition, the team set up our online store using Shopify. They used one of their existing templates and adjusted it to fit my store’s requirements. Additionally, the Vista Logos team helped us find available domain names. They presented us with a few options, and we picked the best one. They also assisted us in trademarking our logo. Finally, we tasked them to build our marketing strategy. Vista Logos continues to run my social media marketing campaigns.

We were looking for someone who had experience with footwear. My wife then recommended Vista Logos, so I reached out to them. I received offers from three different companies. After interviewing all of them, we decided to go with Joseph because his knowledge appealed to me.

Our main point of contact is Joseph (Art Director), but we’ve also worked with Ksenia (Branding Architect & Graphic Designer)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project has gone smoothly and without a hitch. The site is up and running, and our business is operating well. Their design work makes our company look unique, and the colors reflect our environmental approach. The website makes users feel cozy, which is essential because we want to depict our products as comfortable.At the start of the project, we didn’t have room for error and needed things done quickly. Vista Logos has delivered everything we needed within a couple of months.

They’ve delivered everything in the project scope. In terms of communication, we primarily have weekly Zoom calls. They update us on their progress and get our feedback. We also use WhatsApp, email, and Telegram if needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Vista Logos is very knowledgeable and creative. They have an exceptional eye for design. I honestly don’t know where we would be without the team — they’ve truly helped us establish our brand. Even though they’re the experts, the team alwas listens to our direction. They also give us advice when necessary. Furthermore, they’re willing to help us manage our website and marketing efforts ourselves instead of locking us in a partnership with them. I appreciate their hands-on approach to things. They’ve worked hard to ensure that our brand isn’t in conflict with other brands to prevent problems down the line.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They’re not as experienced with social media, but the team knows what they’re doing.

Our requirements for the project were very clear to the whole team, and therefore the professionals in the team started working timely on it. The first thing that both the team worked on was the main plot of the animation video because that has to be tremendous in order to make the video eye-catching. Once the idea for the video was finalized, the team worked on progressing the video towards the creating mode. The final product was attained within 5 days, and it was amazing and all according to our needs.

The team consisted of a Graphic Designer, a 2D Animator, a Creative Writer, and a Quality Assurance Personnel.

The outcomes were quite visible within a few days; people started knowing about our products, and we hit on some great clients and helped them in connecting to their favored agencies. The leads on our website started increasing because people started visiting our site to look at our services by getting attracted to the animated video.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I feel happy about saying that the workflow between both teams was quite impressive. We didn’t feel like we were working together for the first time; both the teams were very communicative and made sure that each one of is being heard and that all the suggestions were being incorporated in the final scripts.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The packages that this company is offering are very affordable. I have been taking services from several companies for a long time, and I have never found such reasonable packages ever. The breakdown of the charges was very clear, and it was made certain that everything was being evaluated well. All the work that was promised was delivered right in the given time, along with premium quality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
One thing that I would like to suggest to the team is that if I’d have been assigned to a project manager who had experience with B2B marketplaces, it’d be a little easier for me to communicate my thoughts. However, I would like to appreciate that the assigned project manager did his best research to make sure that he could cater to my needs.
