They pressured me to design a website and was told that if I wasn't happy I wouldn't pay a dime. They showed me 3 websites they had designed. I contacted two on Facebook. They told me they had NEVER EVEN HEARD of VistaLogo and thought I was being misled. Vistalogo charged me $1287 for a website design. I have never worked with them on one thing for my website. I told them I did not authorize the charge. They refused to give me my money back.

I am the founder and president at the company. We donate Build-A-Bears to inpatient children at Children’s Hospital.

I hired Vista Logos to create a simple business logo.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I selected the bed on because of their reviews, 100% satisfaction guarantee claim, and turnaround time.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The designer simply needed to make a logo. The initial designs that were provided were great. I was easily able to find one that I wanted to further customize. I provided handprints to be added to my logo and asked that they be placed in a specific place of the initial design.
I requested the same thing for 3 weeks and was never able to get what I asked for.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3. A project manager, a department project manager supervisor, and a department project manager supervisor.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The initial designs came back great. They looked like something I absolutely would approve.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was very communicative. I even had to follow up with their team on several occasions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
That the reviews online didn’t match the experience. How on earth did they get more than 4 stars?!?
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would never have gone to them in the first place.

3. Project Manager - did a great job. Head of legal - horrible to work with as he threatens and condescends clients. Head of Project Management

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After getting the logo approved - the legal department wanted to have an additional $1,800 charges tacked on to the $550 I already paid for. This was a new addon and I declined. The head of legal threatened legal action for me declining as well as speaks and texts in a condescending manner ex: "No Dear, I can justify it 100%" after I declined service and he was forcing it to proceed.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Timeliness is great - Project Management is ok, a bit pushy. Legal is atrocious
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Nothing after working with them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They need to work on their customer service and explanation of charges, especially after services were already purchased.
