As the sole IT professional supporting approximately 150 users and nearly 200 devices across two surgical locations, I rely on Vista as an extension of our internal IT operations. They provide additional resources and specialized expertise for complex projects and issues that require more time or support than I can manage independently. Their assistance has included network upgrades, firewall replacements, wireless improvements, server migrations, backup and recovery initiatives, cybersecurity projects, surgery center expansion, and the integration of new clinical systems. When a project involves multiple vendors, significant infrastructure changes, or specialized technical expertise, Vista works alongside me to coordinate the effort and move the project toward completion.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Infrastructure upgrades were completed across all three locations, including server modernization and the installation of new firewalls. A network segmentation initiative was also implemented to securely manage and separate traffic for remote users, third-party vendors, and internal staff. These improvements have increased the overall stability and security of our technology environment, resulting in more reliable applications, streamlined workflows, and improved staff efficiency.

We signed up for Co-managed Services with Vista. We use their endpoint monitoring, management, and security services as well as backup and monitoring for our Office365 environment. Their team handles a lot of the monitoring and alerting for the security items, while I handle the day to day end user support. I occasionally reach out to their team for help on a ticket, and it is nice to know that I have backup. The previous MSP we used seemed very protective of their tools, processes, etc, which I found challenging. It has been great working with Vista as they are the opposite of our previous MSP. They are open, give me access to the tools they use, and involve me a lot more.

Vista IT group has provided me with the tools and services I so desperatly needed as an on-site IT Coordinator to do my work better and more effectively across the company. Their friendly staff and affordable services have eleviated much pressure and given me a better outlook in regards to partnering with an outside IT Group.

Vista IT Group has been spectacular and effective in the completion of their projects with us. They overhauled our network in tendam with installing brand new firewall hardware to which has been most effective at providing my company with a more secured digital enviornment.
