As the sole IT professional supporting approximately 150 users and nearly 200 devices across two surgical locations, I rely on Vista as an extension of our internal IT operations. They provide additional resources and specialized expertise for complex projects and issues that require more time or support than I can manage independently. Their assistance has included network upgrades, firewall replacements, wireless improvements, server migrations, backup and recovery initiatives, cybersecurity projects, surgery center expansion, and the integration of new clinical systems. When a project involves multiple vendors, significant infrastructure changes, or specialized technical expertise, Vista works alongside me to coordinate the effort and move the project toward completion.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Infrastructure upgrades were completed across all three locations, including server modernization and the installation of new firewalls. A network segmentation initiative was also implemented to securely manage and separate traffic for remote users, third-party vendors, and internal staff. These improvements have increased the overall stability and security of our technology environment, resulting in more reliable applications, streamlined workflows, and improved staff efficiency.

The team was consistently responsive and resolved action items in a timely manner. They prioritized clear communication throughout the process and addressed concerns promptly and appropriately.

At this time, I have not identified any specific areas requiring improvement. Our working relationship is currently in a very strong position, and I am pleased with the level of service and support provided.
