All users and devices are successfully under full management, monitored, and assisted with any and all issues almost immediately.

Virtuworks has onboarded all our devices and helped configure and enforce our policies. The team has ensured everyone has access to our online resources, set up appropriate security groups in Microsoft 365, and ensured device and security compliance. Virtuworks has also been our backup to ensure we have appropriate backups in the cloud.

Virtuworks’ communication and completion of the project have been great. They’re our current ongoing MSP. We’ve seen reduced downtime and efficiency in our day-to-day work. We’ve also seen improved security compliance. We constantly track incident reports and response times. We always go through security testing yearly and pass each year since working with Virtuworks.

They are very personable which is not always what you get out of IT companies. They do whatever they can to make any situation right. Our business has grown tenfold since we first started with 3 employees and they have helped scale our IT capability.

I think more reporting could be better. For example, a year end report of all tickets opened/closed etc.
