I am the CEO of a North American company that assists small and medium sized business better manage their overseas sourcing needs.  We work with factories around the world to deliver assembled and sub-assembled industrial parts.

Virtuous was our managment and on-site inspection and tooling development team for a large stamped and pressed assembly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred to Virtuous by a long-time supplier who reccomended them.

Virtuous had the knowledge of what was required in the stamping and metal fabrication and was able to read and deliver the understanding of what we were looking for.. 

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? 

Vijay was our primarliy point of contact and he and a couple of his employees worked with the factory making the tooling and the parts, encouraging shared information with the factory as demands arose.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a success and the parts were fabricated and passed our inspection here for production.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work flow was consistent and they understood that management was momentum and pushed the project tempo to keep good flow with the factory.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Consistent communication and ideas about how to overcome shortcomings with the proposed project from our cusotmer.  Good design for manufactruing if you will. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly no, any issues with this project were at the feet of our customer and not in any way with Virtuous.  They were terrific.

I’m the director of business development at Apex Aluminum Extrusions. We manufacture aluminum extrusions and fabricated parts.

Virtuous Industries LLP has helped us identify prospective customers, develop products, and approve samples. The team has also provided drawings for product development, sample test reports, customer feedback, and final QC check reports before delivery.

1. To model potential costs of launching a Phantom equity compensation plan for a few key employees. 
2. I wanted to request working capital financing, and in the process, my loan officer request 2 year pro formas.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can model multiple capital budgeting solutions—some of which I wasn't even aware I wanted—and I have an Excel spreadsheet that I can update as my business expands. All in all, I believe I received better value than what I paid for, and going forward, I am more confident with the financial portion of my business plan thanks to Virtuous Industries LLP.
