Virtual Codern  has built our entire website from scratch. They’ve done everything, including web design, SEO, and connecting marketplaces. They’ve mostly worked in the Shopify portal.

We have a pre-built system that we use to sell on different marketplaces. We have software that houses our inventory and data. Initially, we provided Virtual Coder with all the data for our products; they’ve built a website around that data. 

We’re still working with Virtual Coder to add to the site.

The project has taken longer than I expected; half of this has to do with my expectations, and half has to do with Virtual Coder changes. They’ve changed our project manager and delayed meetings. They’ve had some issues being on time with deliverables. There have been a few delays, but the project is almost done. The timelines have changed throughout the project, though. The budget has been as expected; there haven’t been any changes there.

We’ve already acquired the wireframes and app documentation from our previous developer, and we’ve handed those over to Virtual Coder team for them to relaunch the design implementation process. Our app is a meditation platform that allows users to conduct breathwork sessions ranging from 3–45 minutes, and Virtual Coder has also implemented a journaling functionality for users who want to write about their experiences.

We have more than 280 app reviews and a 4.9 app rating at the moment, with the majority of our users giving us a 5-star rating. While those results already speak for themselves, we also appreciate Virtual Coder technical capacity that improved our uptime by 99.99 percent. I can’t thank them enough for addressing urgent backend issues to streamline our app operations.

Our goal was to create a professional site that could toe the line between encouraging users to visit our stores and allowing them to make online purchases more easily.

First, Virtual Coder showed us a few website templates in Shopify, and we chose the template that best fit our style. Then, we chose the colors and font, and the team developed the site from scratch. 

After they developed the site, I uploaded pictures and content, and they went back and made a few changes to improve the functionality.

Virtual Coder designed and developed a beautiful website that really does our brand justice; the team gave me everything I asked for. The website looks luxurious and user-friendly; it’s easy for users to navigate and make purchases through Shopify. I got exactly what I needed from them, which is a big deal.

I was very happy with Anand and the team. They were very responsive and prompt. The team was very communicative throughout the process. They quickly answered my questions, which was great because I didn’t have a lot of patience. 

We met via Google Meet, typically discussed project details via WhatsApp, and finalized everything via email. I’m not a fan of calls, so the process worked for me.
