Once the first round of videos were recorded, the posting was slow-going, due to a tech issue. The tech issue does not appear to be the fault of Viral Coach, but the person designated to address it was slow to respond. Admittedly, her response overlapped the holiday season, so we expected she would be less availble due to the holidays. But, we would have appreciated a direct communication as to when we should expect our queries to be addressed.  Delay in response, followed by "I was out due to the holidays" was offputting.  That said, it was a minor infraction, and we remain very satisfied with the service.

The scope of work we had laid out was for viral coach to help coaches and create content that has hooks called actions and would increase online presence and views and ultimately more customers. They were to provide the strategy and edit videos and post the videos on social media for us. The scope also included 10,000,000 to 15,000,000 views of the work that was completed.

The measurable outcome that came from this project and the success was that our social media presence has drastically increased. We have several thousand more followers and a lot more people are aware of the company brand.

At first, the project management was a lot slower than I wished it would be. I would not say they delivered on time. I brought this to their attention and they did increase their speed and we did get up to speed.

I feel like my customer success manager is very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

There are a lot of areas for improvement when working with viral coach. First, they sold me 10 to 15,000,000 views but when we started working, they said oh that's just something we say online essentially to sell our product. Secondly to get started and get working was really difficult. I felt like I had to push and push and push rather than viral coach taking the lead and helping lead us in the right direction. When I was sold into this program, I was also sold that viral coach would be editing and publishing these videos for us and after we got started working, I had to pay for the video editor to make this all happen even after I paid $30,000. I also feel like, we are not going to get anywhere near the amount of fuse that we were hoping when we got started. We are probably 2/3 through our services and hopefully the last third of this service really really takes off and catches fire. The people in the program people with viral coach are awesome outstanding people very friendly very nice very easy to work with, however, I feel like that should be placed on a product like this is closer to $20,000, not $30,000. $30,000 is definitely overpriced. I feel like I have to come up with a lot of the ideas and I have a lot of the legwork to do when I thought I was purchasing a program that would do a lot of this for us. I feel like getting content to go viral is sort of old news now. I feel like had I join this program and done this two years ago we would've had a whole lot more success. I simply feel like this is a fad that is kind of feeding and little too late to the table.

Tracking metrics to find improvement and adjustments necessary to meet goals and objectives.

The objective has been to drive new memberships to my free Skool community. We've had some signups but not to the degree that I would expect. We've also had 2 videos that I would call "viral" that were on the 10th and 11th months of service.

Yes. I have had three instances where we had no content in the lineup and created gaps in content. I personally have caused an additional gap due to the holidays, finding time to record. The other 3, I don't feel like there was any reason these should have happened other than losing sight of where we were content-wise.

I felt like they had the best grasp on what it takes to go "viral" in a business coaching niche and solidified this thought by hiring creators who themselves have a large audience.

Yes, the most significant sour point for me is paying for a package and then seeing a "guarantee" in social media ads to bring in new business, and then not wanting to offer that same guarantee to me. The guarantee states they will get you 10 million views within a short time period, for what I can tell is the exact package I pay for, and I have gotten nowhere near that view amount in a far greater time period. Either you back your product and produce results or you don't.

they responded in good time in Slack and they had open ears to our needs. One thing that could have been better is to provide other options when things weren't working. The scripted talking head approach didn't work for our company, but they didn't other options other than to keep going and watch the analytics. I would pose new ideas and those were the ones that would do better.

I loved working with John and Blake, both very kind and I feel became my friends. My biggest area of frustration was we went months where my videos weren't getting more than 200-300 views and there wasn't much insight of what we could do different other than to just keep doing the same thing and one will eventually hit. The scripted approach never felt natural for my brand and I think people felt that. I'd suggest a new approach and they'd say 'let's try it' and it would do better. I finally just started coming up with ideas and doing them unscripted and those did best. My two videos that ended up going viral were off the cuff goofy ideas I did. It sometimes felt like I was leading the content ideas instead of my coaches cause the typical talking head approach wasn't working. The area of improvement is that I'd go to a coaching call and Daniel would tell me one thing, Nicolas another, then my coaches another so I was often unsure of the direction I should go, I think more coordination among the coaches would have given me more clear direction. I know VC has helped a lot of people cause the method works for some with the scripted talking head content, but it just didn't hit with my audience. We saw that early on and I just wish we would have pivoted earlier so we could have then focused on the business building much sooner due to the cost I just followed the program. But I learned a lot and John and Blake were always super kind, and they were stoked on the success of the two videos that did really well. I don't want this to sound negative about my coach, cause he was always professional, timely and kind, and very organized, the VC scripted approach just didn't work for us, but there were lots of areas that they helped. They were awesome to do the live podcasts with and always fun to talk to. They helped me get setup on GHL and the VC team helped me setup ads. If I could do it all over again, I would have pivoted on the content and tried different ideas much sooner, then focused on building the offerings cause it was a huge financial investment for us and the two viral vids I got, were off the cuff ideas of mine. All that being said, the VC program kept me motivated to keep going and I most likely wouldn't have posted so much content without a team keeping me showing up. I'm grateful to John for his kindness and care for our success.

I knew nothing about social media marketing. I was paying an agency $3,000 a month to receive at most 200 views and five or six likes (2 of which were family members).  I needed to become relevant in social media and get my face in front of my potential customers on a large scale.

My experience with Viral Coach has been nothing short of exceptional. From my very first interaction, it was clear I was in great hands with a knowledgeable and highly competent team—and that impression proved true every step of the way.

They guided me through everything: which equipment to buy, how to set up lighting and camera angles, and even fine-tuned adjustments until everything looked just right. From there, they walked me through the entire video creation process. Their script-writing tools made content creation incredibly easy—I simply provided a few prompts and the rest was handled seamlessly.

My personal coach, Josh, has been outstanding—always encouraging, incredibly responsive, and seemingly tireless. On top of that, there’s an entire team behind the scenes: one that reviews my content, another that reviews edits, and another that works directly with my editor to fine-tune everything before posting. They lay out a process that's very simple to follow and they're very good at letting us know exactly what is needed at what times, and follow up when necessary to hold us accountable. 
We really enjoy our account managers, and they've both been super helpful in creating a strategy and plan, and also sharing what's worked well for other clients and how to adopt best practices into our own business. 
Never had to wait long at all on getting a response back from their team.

We were promised 10,000,000 views by then end of our agreement with Viral Coach, or our money back. With this, we have released one video a day, for over 90 consecutive days, across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

With support from Josh, we now have a top-notch filming set up, scripts drafted and ready to go for our team. Josh is always readily avaliable for 1-1 calls, including during filming sessions. If there are any questions we may have with regards to filming set up, body language and candance while speaking.

Our editor Ian is great as well, always having our videos editted and uploaded right on time, with no issues at all. Response time overall has been a positive experience for our team.
