We have been working with Viral Coach for a few months now, with the goal to increase our Social Media presence through thoughtfully doctored scripts and well produced social media videos. Their team assisted us in getting a filming set up, and assistance with scripts and deliverables we should be delivering monthly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were promised 10,000,000 views by then end of our agreement with Viral Coach, or our money back. With this, we have released one video a day, for over 90 consecutive days, across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

With support from Josh, we now have a top-notch filming set up, scripts drafted and ready to go for our team. Josh is always readily avaliable for 1-1 calls, including during filming sessions. If there are any questions we may have with regards to filming set up, body language and candance while speaking.

Our editor Ian is great as well, always having our videos editted and uploaded right on time, with no issues at all. Response time overall has been a positive experience for our team.

I wish we could've figured out my type of content in less time. And I think they should focus on how social media is different for each creator's background and how they are seen in the public and shape your content for that. But it could just be how the process works.

They also set up the content so that the videos look great and help me shoot the content. In addition, they edit and post the videos. I just have to review the script and shoot the videos; they handle the rest.

We’ve just started working with Viral Coach, so we haven’t seen any results yet. However, Alex and Aidan are real experts on the matter and they have made this experience super easy and fun. They’ve made me feel very comfortable during this vulnerable phase of creating videos, which is completely outside of my comfort zone.

For me, my company is more visible on social media platforms. All AI platforms know just as much abuut my company as I do and as of current there is a lot of content surrounding my company that we produce on a daily basis. It has converted to App downloads and awareness of our company.

The project management was great. My main POC was Josh and he was awesome to work with and helping us build my brand. The team was very knowledgeable in the social media world and how algorithms work. For brandareness my needs were most definitely met as the awareness continues to grow. I'm shy with my following but I'm sure that will come with time and as the algorithms learn to place my content.

I was super impressed with all the technology this company utilizes on a daily basis. From communication, to learning and setup, to organization and process. There seemed to be a tech tool for virtually all steps and it was great to learn new things.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

For the most part I'd say everything was spot on. I wish they had a team that helps with scripts and content creating in it self to lighten the work load. They did provide great hook ideas for content but if there was someone that can help with scripts when time is tight that would be very useful. Also I think explaining that some of the platforms required by the team to use with my company cost more money each month in subscriptions so explaining that better upfront would be useful.

They also provide technical guidance, including equipment setup for high-quality filming. I'm left with only opening up the camera and filming based on their instructions.

Although we haven't started posting yet, the initial edited content looks highly professional. The attention to detail from Viral Coach's team has been impressive, and they're highly responsive and clearly know what they're doing.

Viral Coach has been easy to work with. Communication is smooth, they're highly responsive, and they keep things moving without me having to chase them down. They clearly have a structured process in place, which makes the whole experience feel organized and professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've never seen a company that actually guides you through filming and content creation like this. Ross, my account manager, is extremely patient, clearly knows what he's doing, and brings a lot of experience. It's as close as you can get to having everything done for you while still being the face of your own brand.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues. They've been responsive, fun to work with and professional throughout.

Viral Coach helped us with building out our studio, learning recording and posting processes, scheduling posting, editing and more. We wanted to get back into a regular cadence with posting, put in place a solid process, lock in a solid editor, and learn as much as we can about success for businesses using social media. Their staff is incredibly responsive and quick to step up when you have questions and need support. 
The process is very organized and honestly exciting to go through. They are excited for your acheivements just as much as you are! Nico was our rep and was wonderful to work with. I always looked forward to our weekly meetings. We are now setup with a great editor who is helping us get content ready to post on a regular cadence. 
If you are on the fence about using their services, I cannot recommend enough for you to take the plunge and give them a try. Go in with an open mind and put your socials in their trust. They are worth it!

We now have an editor we work with directly that is trained in our branding, communication, and expectations of our social media. We have fully built out recording studio and an understanding of how to operate all equipment, and an understanding of how to use social media for our business. Our social media engagement has gone up throughout our time with Viral Coach as well.

They were SO fast to respond practically at all times. Clear documentation of all needs, problems that arise, and effiency with getting solutions. It truly felt like the red-carpet treatment nearly at all times.

Outcomes from the project showed growing number of views and engagement across all social media platforms.  For example, weekly views increased from <100 to over 5,000 weekly views.  Also, regular posting of content led to increase in Therapy4me.ai website traffic to >1,000 visit per week (supported by $30 per day ad budget).

I received regular, weekly at minimum, support from project management.  The project management team stepped in and responded often in under 1 hour with support, encouragment and answers to any of my questions.

There were a number of hidden fees that I was not aware of when I signed up and it would have been good if sales representative was more transparent about these fees, for example, purchasing access to tech stack, Vista Social and ManyChat.  Also, I needed to hire a video editor at an additional ~$1,000 per month (I thought this was included as part of my $6,000 monthly fee.

The project produced clear, measurable progress in both content execution and system development:

• Content Consistency: I went from not posting at all to publishing 3 pieces of content per day—two short-form videos and one written post—establishing a steady and scalable social presence.
• Production Workflow: We built a repeatable video creation and distribution system centered around a one-hour, podcast-style interview each week and a second one-hour strategy session focused on monetization and audience growth. This workflow created a sustainable process for generating ongoing content and tying it directly to business outcomes.
• Momentum and Clarity: The structure and cadence built early momentum, allowing me to focus on high-leverage work—refining my message, expanding reach, and aligning my content strategy with clear revenue pathways.

Honestly, there isn’t much I would change. The experience with Viral Coach was highly positive from start to finish. If anything, I’d say there’s a small opportunity to be even more proactive in anticipating next steps or needs as the strategy evolves—but to their credit, John and Blake were already very good at this.

Overall, they stayed ahead of deadlines, adapted quickly, and consistently brought new ideas to the table. Any suggested improvement would be more about refining an already excellent process than fixing anything that wasn’t working.
