Viral Coach helped us with building out our studio, learning recording and posting processes, scheduling posting, editing and more. We wanted to get back into a regular cadence with posting, put in place a solid process, lock in a solid editor, and learn as much as we can about success for businesses using social media. Their staff is incredibly responsive and quick to step up when you have questions and need support. 
The process is very organized and honestly exciting to go through. They are excited for your acheivements just as much as you are! Nico was our rep and was wonderful to work with. I always looked forward to our weekly meetings. We are now setup with a great editor who is helping us get content ready to post on a regular cadence. 
If you are on the fence about using their services, I cannot recommend enough for you to take the plunge and give them a try. Go in with an open mind and put your socials in their trust. They are worth it!

We now have an editor we work with directly that is trained in our branding, communication, and expectations of our social media. We have fully built out recording studio and an understanding of how to operate all equipment, and an understanding of how to use social media for our business. Outcomes from the project showed growing number of views and engagement across all social media platforms.  For example, weekly views increased from <100 to over 5,000 weekly views.  Also, regular posting of content led to increase in Therapy4me.ai website traffic to >1,000 visit per week (supported by $30 per day ad budget).

I received regular, weekly at minimum, support from project management.  The project management team stepped in and responded often in under 1 hour with support, encouragment and answers to any of my questions.

There were a number of hidden fees that I was not aware of when I signed up and it would have been good if sales representative was more transparent about these fees, for example, purchasing access to tech stack, Vista Social and ManyChat.  Also, I needed to hire a video editor at an additional ~$1,000 per month (I thought this was included as part of my $6,000 monthly fee.

• Production Workflow: We built a repeatable video creation and distribution system centered around a one-hour, podcast-style interview each week and a second one-hour strategy session focused on monetization and audience growth. This workflow created a sustainable process for generating ongoing content and tying it directly to business outcomes.
• Momentum and Clarity: The structure and cadence built early momentum, allowing me to focus on high-leverage work—refining my message, expanding reach, and aligning my content strategy with clear revenue pathways.

Looking back at everything they delivered, here's what the engagement included from my perspective:

Deliverable 1: Competitive Landscape Analysis
The whole thing kicked off with an in-depth analysis of my competitive landscape... basically finding other content creators in my niche who were already successfully doing what I wanted to do.

Deliverable 2: SKOOL Community Access
From there, I got onboarded into the SKOOL community, which is hands down one of the best sets of educational materials I've come across in a very long time. The fact that every question I had was already documented, explained, and structured in a way that left me with only one choice: to be successful. I'm talking about things as simple as what gear to buy and the exact camera settings to change, button for button - that's how detailed this stuff is. Frankly, that alone made me feel from the very start that the price was justified.

Deliverable 3: Professional Video Editing Team
The video editor situation was incredible. They had a whole fleet of people they'd trained, and they felt confident any of them could step in and deliver from day one. Going from editing this myself to having it professionally done was an incredible relief. Plus they assigned a production manager to make sure everything gets scheduled and delivered as expected, again with clear instructions telling me exactly what I needed to do, when, and how to do it.

Deliverable 4: Content Creation Tools
The script and ideation sheets with RICK (their internal AI tool) to help come up with ideas and base scripts was pretty cool.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key metrics we're tracking for success are views on social media cross-platform, having a structure in place to remain consistent, and honestly just having the knowledge to know what needs to be done and how to do it.

We're still in the process of determining the ultimate success of this project since I understand that organic social is a long-term game to be played. But the early signs are really encouraging - I'm seeing my views steadily increase across platforms, and the fact that I'm now starting to get a couple leads a week from my organic social media is a great sign.

While it's not yet replacing my paid marketing success, it's definitely doing more than it did before this engagement. More importantly, I now have a clear path to continue this success and keep improving week over week, which in and of itself is valuable.

The biggest win might actually be the confidence and systematic approach - I'm not just throwing content at the wall and hoping something sticks anymore. I know what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and how to keep getting better at it.

Their team is great and very responsive via Slack. From initial questions and setup concerns all the way through to weekly check-ins, they consistently delivered what I needed when I needed it.
The weekly check-ins were particularly valuable. They'd tell me exactly what to focus on each week, which kept me from getting overwhelmed or scattered. Instead of just leaving me to figure things out on my own, they provided clear direction and priorities.

I'm ultimately very happy with the team and their ability to keep both me and this project on track. When I had questions or concerns, I got quick responses that actually solved my problems rather than just generic customer service replies.

With Viral Coach, what you see in their marketing is actually what you get. The professionalism, the attention to detail, the level of support they show in their content? That's exactly how they operate behind the scenes.

They also made a guarantee of X million views during our engagement. While that hasn't been realized yet, I'm confident by the end of our engagement we'll get there based on what we're seeing so far. The fact that they were willing to put a specific, measurable guarantee on the table shows they're confident in their system and results.

They said they'd help me create a systematic approach to content creation, and that's exactly what they did. They said they'd provide detailed guidance, and they delivered button-by-button instructions. They said they'd be responsive and supportive, and they were.

If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be around the initial competitive analysis phase. The process seemed to assume that I already knew exactly who my competitors were and what I was after, but in reality, I applied because I had no idea and needed help getting that clarity on what to focus on.

While the team did a great job working with what I was able to find and piece together, I think having a dedicated lesson or touchpoint early in the process to really solidify what my "message" should be might be helpful. Something that digs deeper into defining my unique angle or positioning before jumping into analyzing competitors.

It's not that the competitive analysis wasn't valuable - it absolutely was. But I think I would have gotten even more out of it if we'd spent a bit more time upfront getting crystal clear on my specific niche and message first. That foundation would have made the competitor research more targeted and actionable.

This might be something they could add as a preliminary step for clients who, like me, are coming in without a fully defined content strategy or a clear understanding of their positioning in the market.
