Viral Coach provides video production and social media marketing services. The program's courses explain how to make videos and set up an office. It also has an AI development option. The program has a virtual classroom with communities, calendars, and boards. The team edits videos and distributes them on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The team is also responsible for video editing and audio mixing.

I work with a main point of contact who enrolled me in the course. I've also worked with a video editor.

We started working together in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My videos are on TikTok now, and about 30 people have responded to them. The courses are fantastic and educational, and the team is always available to review them. I haven’t started with the social media staffing, but I’ll work with them soon. Viral Coach has guaranteed that once I start with social media staffing, I'll reach 10 million views in six months or they'll return my money.

Viral Coach meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team has AI writing tools and a community help platform. They have all kinds of help for any social media questions. We communicate through the community platform, and Viral Coach provides quick turnaround answers. I can talk to anybody every day.

We also had weekly meetings that provided a consistent space to review content, ask questions, and align on goals. They were responsive, organized, and always met deadlines.

One area for improvement would be allowing more time for the feedback meetings. While the weekly check-ins are helpful, extending them slightly could give us more room to dive deeper.

Within first 3 months I doubled my highest income month in the business (went from 10k to 20k). And I was able to make over 20k/month over the past 3 more months. They really helped me understand how to make content that gets leads.

I think they should stick with having awesome customer success managers who can reach out and answer questions in the community or personals chats. Before this, I felt frustrated at times that it took a while to get responses, but they fixed this now and it's been amazing since they improved this. I also think the opening course could be more in depth. Cover more specific questions and tactics. It's great, but just so many little details I would have loved to learn right away instead of waiting for calls

I'm only 3 weeks into the project, but I now have a stronger grasp of the top, middle and bottom of funnel strategy. I've been using Viral Coach's Custom GPT "R.I.C.K." and it's doing an incredible job crafting scripts for me. I've also greatly enhanced my video production quality using just a few of the course tips.

The 3 calls per week are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I'd prefer if they were more spread out to Monday, Wednesday, Friday. The Facebook training needs to be updated.

We are still very much in process -- but an early metric is the rapid evolution of my understanding of what to present on social media and how to use the visual medium in a more powerful way.

Extremely hands on and responsive.  A question typically generates answers from 2-4 coaches within 24 hours -- often with links to relevant content that is not specifically in the course.  In one case a coach created a custom visual sampling for me so that I could see what he meant.

Viral Coach literally writes scripts for me, interviews me for podcasts, sets up the editor, and manages the workflow and my social media accounts.

We started working together in March 2025. It’s supposed to be a six-month program, but I’ll probably continue services with them for a full year.

We’re still working on the conversions to paid customers, but it’s early in the process. We’ve increased TikTok followers by over 5,000 and had over 600,000 views across platforms since hiring them.
