I am the owner of multiple online business including SaaS and mobile apps.

Backend development for mobile apps (both iOS & Android). Actual development of the Apps + design Testing of web products Creating , improving our services. We aimed to get new users , create value and improve revenue.

We searched this kind of service providers on different websites and they stand out for : great value for the money, on time delivery, and the multitude of skills provided by the team.

We had to discuss the objectives of each of our projects. Since our first collaboration, we only used VipRak services. We provided mock-ups and instructions, then if they had questions we answered. They started working ASAP and provided daily updates of the status of the projects. We had projects where all the skills were needed for the mobile apps (for example).

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I am in full contact with the manager. When the project was bigger and involved multiple team members, we had a Skype group where i discuss problems with the team members. Team members are very open minded and communicate a lot , at each step of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Most of our projects were start-ups which saw really great success. At the projects where we were doing upgrades only, the customer received the changes positively. We always aimed to improve the user experience and functionalities. Clients loved the upgrades , most of the suggestions were from them and the team brought them to life.

As previously described, the manager is very active. When i have a new project, i give him exactly what i need. Then he communicates with the team. If there are questions, i answer them. If the project is bigger, i go to our Skype group so i can discuss directly with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Without using too many words, they perfectly understood all of our requirements. They are very helpful and sometimes they suggest changes which were not in my plans (to improve the services of our apps).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All the problems are solved during the development. We always get builds before launching a product so we can test it out. When we had a bug that was not discovered by me , or my team, during this stage, the team solved the issue without any problem or cost.

ViPrak Web Solutions’ team has done a great job of delivering the website and mobile app. The website is written in PHP, and the mobile app uses Swift. Students and teachers can easily chat via the two channels.

Our team consists of a project manager, an iOS developer, and a PHP developer.

Their team demonstrates the professional skill and attitude needed to support a large-scale project. The website and mobile app are high quality and operate well.

Our project manager is available for daily communication through phone calls and a chat messenger. We also have direct contact with developers when necessary.

The company is still young, but they are already providing high-quality work on time.
