They thoroughly analyzed potential vulnerabilities, identified key areas of weakness, and provided a detailed report. Since our website is generated through a third-party CRM, we don’t have the ability to make direct fixes. That didn’t limit Viperbyte at all.  They provided clear, actionable repair suggestions that we could easily copy, paste, and send to the third party. I found this extremely helpful and efficient.  The whole process took about two days.  Highly recommend.

Based on these findings, a detailed assessment report was developed along with a tailored Information Security Policy aligned to the organization’s needs and industry standards. A structured Business Continuity and Incident Response plan was also created, outlining response procedures and recovery strategies. Throughout the process, collaboration with stakeholders ensured that feedback was incorporated, and all deliverables were refined and finalized to be clear, practical, and aligned with organizational goals.
