They thoroughly analyzed potential vulnerabilities, identified key areas of weakness, and provided a detailed report. Since our website is generated through a third-party CRM, we don’t have the ability to make direct fixes. That didn’t limit Viperbyte at all.  They provided clear, actionable repair suggestions that we could easily copy, paste, and send to the third party. I found this extremely helpful and efficient.  The whole process took about two days.  Highly recommend.

The work began with discovery sessions to gain a clear understanding of Propellint’s existing systems, processes, and security controls. This was followed by gathering and reviewing relevant documentation to evaluate the current environment. A baseline security assessment was then conducted to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and control gaps, along with an analysis to determine their potential impact and prioritize remediation efforts. Based on these findings, a detailed assessment report was developed along with a tailored Information Security Policy aligned to the organization’s needs and industry standards. A structured Business Continuity and Incident Response plan was also created, outlining response procedures and recovery strategies. Throughout the process, collaboration with stakeholders ensured that feedback was incorporated, and all deliverables were refined and finalized to be clear, practical, and aligned with organizational goals.

This project gave us a much clearer picture of where we stand from a security standpoint and what we need to focus on moving forward. We now have straightforward, realistic recommendations that we can actually put into action without overcomplicating things. Having formal policies and a response plan in place makes a big difference. It gives us a clear path to follow if something happens instead of having to figure it out in the moment. With defined recovery expectations, we feel more confident in our ability to handle disruptions and keep things running. Overall, this work has helped us feel more prepared, more organized, and better equipped to improve our security over time.
