Vietnam Event Group (VEG) was responsible for the complete event production and on-site execution of the corporate program in Vietnam for more than 500 participants from Russia and the CIS. Their scope of work included the planning and delivery of all event production elements, including audiovisual equipment and technical production, stage setup, event branding, venue decoration, gala dinner production, entertainment coordination, and on-site operational management. The team coordinated local production suppliers, supervised installation and dismantling, managed rehearsals, and ensured the seamless execution of all event activities. All deliverables were completed on schedule and met the expected quality standards, contributing to a successful and memorable experience for all participants.

Our goals for this project are to let people acknowledge our first steps in Vietnam and promote our name in the Vietnamese market.
