We partnered with VEG to deliver two high-standard leadership forums on 10 October 2025 and 20 March 2026. The objective was to translate Newing’s strategic content and speaker vision into a professional, seamless event experience—from production planning and technical coordination to guest experience and on-site execution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

VEG successfully delivered two high-profile leadership forums, managing the event design, staging, audiovisual production, speaker presentations, MC coordination, rehearsals and show flow. The 2025 forum welcomed more than 350 attendees from over 100 enterprises and generated 16 press features, approximately 483,000 media reach and an estimated VND 300 million in PR value. Across both events, keynote sessions, panels, Q&A segments and stage transitions were executed smoothly, with strong visual consistency and no major production disruptions.

The team maintained clear timelines, delivered key production items on schedule, and responded quickly to feedback and last-minute changes. During the events, the team remained calm, flexible and solution-oriented, helping ensure smooth transitions and a professional audience experience.

Their Director became like a trusted older brother to our team—reliable, attentive and always present when support was needed. He listened carefully to our concerns and pain points, understood the intention behind each request, and thoughtfully incorporated our feedback into the event design, staging, presentations, MC preparation and show flow. Rather than working as an external supplier, VEG felt like an extension of the Newing team. Their calm, caring, and solution-oriented approach gave us confidence throughout the preparation and helped create a polished, seamless experience for our speakers, partners and audience.

Their scope of work included the planning and delivery of all event production elements, including audiovisual equipment and technical production, stage setup, event branding, venue decoration, gala dinner production, entertainment coordination, and on-site operational management. The team coordinated local production suppliers, supervised installation and dismantling, managed rehearsals, and ensured the seamless execution of all event activities. All deliverables were completed on schedule and met the expected quality standards, contributing to a successful and memorable experience for all participants.
