One of the projects we were working on, took off to the next phase and we needed a reliable Backend developer who could deliver new requirements from the Client. The goal was to hire someone quite experienced so that the product would be stable.

It was a team augmentation. We needed a reliable senior Backend developer for our Client's project.

One Backend developer and one Account Manager, who was checking if everything is done accordingly along our cooperation.

We closed this phase of the project with a full success. Our Client was satisfied with the progress the Team had made.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really efficient. We had a Slack channel to chat about small topics and official settlements were sent via email. The hired Backend developer was also open and very cooperative.

Professional approach, regardless of the friendly relationship. Everything was clear, fair and on time.

Personally I do not think there is much improvement needed. I enjoyed our cooperation a lot.

Viercode provided us with IT recruitment process for Reporting Specialist. Based on our requirements for the role they carried out all the necessary steps: screening, technical check and meeting organization with our C-level executive. The contact with Viercode was efficient and the whole process was fast. As a result, we are thankful for a new team member who performs his duties with professionalism and fits the company values.

Our company has entered into cooperation with a large client, as a response to their needs and necessary steps to maintain control over large data flow, the data reporting and business analysis were crucial. Thanks to actions taken by the new team member: Reporting Specialist, we were able to deliver the value and actions that client expects. As a new team member knows programming languages such as python, we are able to make some more improvements.
