I function as a communications editor at a small (under 50 employee) marketing & distributing business based in the UK.

Video Explainers were hired to deliver a whiteboard animation for one of our clients with a fast turnaround time.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for this project was to keep our client happy with a great quality whiteboard video that they could use effectively for their marketing.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for suitable animators that could fit our requirements whilst remaining within our budget.

This was a rushed deadline, and the animation needed to be produced within a few days.

What was the team composition?

I was in contact with the support team at Video Explainers, and any feedback I had went through them to the editing team.

Not currently as the project has just finished.

Communication was good between both parties.

We wanted international brands to notice our new product and communicate with them on the advantages our product offers.

We wanted an explainer video. Their team helped us achieve that.

Received multiple drafts to approve on before moving forwards, making it much easier to work with them.

Video isn’t complete yet, but I’m sure once it’s done it’ll be helpful in explaining our new product to clients all over the world.

Create short animated videos to explain and educate potential new customers around different products.

Produce a total of five explainer videos for five different products, within a very tight schedule.

How did you select this vendor?

I first came across Video Explainers online, during a web search for marketing agencies that would do this type of work. After talking to a few vendors, we've selected Video Explainers due to cost/benefit. They provide quality videos at a very reasonable price, compared to other vendors in the market.

Create five different explainer videos for five different products, keeping all videos consistent, and following the company's brand guidelines.

What was the team composition?

I've worked directly with Video Explainers, leading the project internally. I am not sure how many team members were involved in this project on their side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to produce all five videos on time for our customer-facing event. The videos turned out great. We were very satisfied with the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We communicated often, and Video Explainers showed a lot of flexibility when we needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How quickly they can turnaround a project, and still deliver a quality video.

Nothing that crosses my mind at this time.
