Since we started to work with Viden our sales were doubled. They manage copy, targeting, etc. In fact, after the second month we were seeing a ROI that we never had before so we passed the entire process for them to manage. All of our campaigns are successful under their management and this comes from someone who has been in online marketing. I have been looking for an agency for years until luckily I found Viden.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. I receive an email within hours or even minutes to all of my inquiries. They are extremely detail oriented and they know how to listen.

They have the skills and knowledge to manage small and large paid marketing campaigns and that is very hard to find in the industry. Again, I have years of knowledge in online marketing and I am able to tell when a company is legit and people have the skills needed to perform the job and make it successful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It has been three years I hired them and I have to say, there is no improvement I would recommend, they are a great fit for our company.

I’m the digital analytics and personalization owner at E.ON. We’re the biggest private energy supplier in Europe. I’m part of the SEO and digital technology department, where we take care of digital analytics data, online marketing, and anything digital inside E.ON.

We were looking to find freelancers or agencies to help with our digital analytics tracking, implementation, and strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Viden worked on our digital analytics infrastructure end to end, from implementation and strategy to dashboard development. We’ve worked with them on a project called “Digital Tracker”, which is one of the biggest tickets we’ve had at the company for the last two years.

Our company integrated a digital assessor, acquisition funnel, and self-serve area for our energy customers. My role is to track the tool in terms of functionality and success, and I hired Viden to help us with it.

We collaborated using Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and some Net Promoter Score tools like Qualtrics. They were helpful with the Data Studio dashboard implementation and the subsequent work.

I shared the dashboard built by Denis (Founder and Managing Partner) with the entire company, so that they could learn from it, share it, and build similar tools.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to use the tool to track all touchpoints with customers and optimize against those. We became more customer-centric as a result.

How did Viden perform from a project management standpoint?

This was a challenging project involving multiple agencies. Viden’s project management was aligned with our strategy. We met once a week to discuss priorities and tasks.

We had to work very quickly and deliver the first MVP in six months. We had a collaborative process. We worked remotely, with daily calls and emails. We were able to synchronize very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I shared our strategy with Viden on tracking all touchpoints, and they were really open to that. We’ve had many roadblocks, but they're experienced in the digital analytics and delivered really well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could get more experience in areas other than digital analytics, such as user experience. It would’ve also been helpful if they had the ability to travel to our location, but we’ve all learned that we can work from home, especially now, during the global pandemic.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should share their goals and expectations, but, at the same time, stay open to Viden’s suggestions. We learned a lot from each other.

I’m the digital marketing director at MyTenNights, a donations platform. I manage the 2020 advertising campaign with a budget of £270,000.

What challenge were you trying to address with Viden?

We needed to get a PPC campaign setup. We use Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, and Bing Ads as our main advertising channels. The challenge was to get everything up and running in two weeks. There were probably 1,000 advertising assets.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They set up the campaigns. I was doing the optimization requests, but they were also recommending optimizations and the optimization itself. Their team also monitored analytics, making sure Google Analytics and all of our social channel analytics were coming through. They did the general best practices as well with monitoring whenever there’s an issue to be flagged. 

They also gave us advice on what steps we should take. They were involved with the strategy part as well. They adapted the campaign based on the market condition that would change. When we hit the peak period, our competition increases. Viden was crucial in that stage in terms of what we need to do to be more aggressive with our bidding and how to be more competitive. They were a huge help in that period we were in. It was almost like a Black Friday and we needed to be extremely aggressive.

There was Alex (Data Scientist), who worked on the analytics side, Viktoryia (Media Manager), who was more from the execution side and campaign monitoring, and Denis (Founder/Web Analyst/Marketing Strategist) from a strategic side, who oversaw everything.

We had someone else in the company who prospected a few agencies through Upwork. When it came to interviewing, Viden came across as very confident and experts in their field. They were very professional which was important to me because I didn’t have time to mess around. I had three weeks to get the ball rolling and get the campaign live. I was challenging them, and I wanted them to challenge me. They stood their ground, challenged me, were extremely professional, and they had a no-nonsense approach.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were amazing. The success of the campaign wouldn’t have been achievable without their support. They had people working around the clock making sure that deadlines would be met. If there was an issue, we’d send them a message, and within 1-2 hours, there was a response with a solution in place. 

I had a session with the media expert, Denis (Founder/Managing Partner) and we worked together in making sure that our plan was bulletproof from a PPC perspective. They really helped the campaign. The team was flexible, responsive, and quickly delivered results and solutions. We made over $10.5 million within 5 weeks of the PPC campaign. I got a lot of praise from internal stakeholders. 

Cost acquisition on a peak day hit £0.87 (approximately $1 USD). An average transaction as over £100–£150 (approximately $125–$186 USD). The lowest cost acquisition achieved was £0.19 (approximately 25¢ USD). It was a huge success. We are definitely going to use them again for future projects.

The project was clearly structured, and I always knew who to contact. Their project management helped me so much. They met intense timelines that I don't think another agency could have met.

They’re a no-nonsense agency. They’re straight to the point and are very credible.

They could maybe jump on a call and make a bit more casual conversation to build rapport. I’d ask for a 15 minutes call to talk through the technical stuff, but sometimes you just want to have a chat.

VIDEN’s project has helped us improve advertising performance and scale e-commerce sales through Meta and Google Ads. VIDEN sends a robust monthly report with stats to show progress. Last month, VIDEN generated 2,080 sign-ups (+35.9% MoM) at a cost per sign-up of $0.84, which is 14.2% lower MoM. The team also generated 6,050 clicks (up 37.7%), a CPC of $0.29 (down 15%), and a CTR of 3.24% (up 12.5%).

We were fairly new to the digital space and needed help expanding our online presence. We weren’t sure where to start or what would resonate with our audience, so we began researching social media marketing agencies to help guide us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially brought VIDEN on to manage our Facebook page. We wanted to post consistently but weren’t sure how to speak in a way that would catch the attention of local college students. VIDEN took over content creation and scheduling, and it quickly became clear they understood the tone we were aiming for. Later, we added Google Ads (AdWords) to the mix so they could also support our paid search efforts. 

VIDEN handled everything from content strategy to execution for our Facebook page. We’ve honestly been thrilled with the outcome. Since working with VIDEN, we’ve had college students coming in and telling us how entertaining our Facebook posts are. Before we partnered with them, we were relying on old-school methods like handing out flyers at bars, and we barely got any traction. Now, we’re reaching our target audience in a much more effective way. I haven’t lost a single dollar from this investment. In fact, we’ve seen clear gains. 

We saw some clear improvements after partnering with VIDEN. Within the first few months, our Facebook engagement rate nearly doubled—likes, comments, and shares all saw consistent growth. Our follower count increased by about 40% over the first six months, and the quality of our audience improved too—we were reaching more of the right people, not just random clicks. 

More importantly, we started seeing a direct uptick in foot traffic and sales, especially among college students, which was our primary target. Before VIDEN, we’d occasionally get a student or two who heard about us from a flyer. After their campaigns rolled out, we had a steady stream of new customers who mentioned seeing us on Facebook.
