VIDEN’s project has helped us improve advertising performance and scale e-commerce sales through Meta and Google Ads. Key measurable outcomes include increased ROAS, growth in profitable revenue, improved campaign efficiency, better conversion tracking, and stronger customer acquisition performance across our Shopify store and marketplace-related advertising efforts.So far, we’ve seen approximately 20%–40% improvements in ROAS across key campaigns, along with noticeable growth in profitable sales and more efficient customer acquisition through Meta and Google Ads. Performance has continued to improve as campaigns are optimized and scaled over time.

VIDEN has helped us increase our clicks at a lower cost and conversions. The team has created fresh ad campaigns, more clicks, lower CPC, higher CTR, and more sign-ups. VIDEN sends a robust monthly report with stats to show progress. Last month, VIDEN generated 2,080 sign-ups (+35.9% MoM) at a cost per sign-up of $0.84, which is 14.2% lower MoM. The team also generated 6,050 clicks (up 37.7%), a CPC of $0.29 (down 15%), and a CTR of 3.24% (up 12.5%).

VIDEN’s work has been excellent. They’ve revamped our Meta setup and easily explained how to run it. Moreover, their work has helped us double our conversion rates.

VIDEN delivers on time and within budget — the only thing they don’t send in time are their invoices, which means they’re not just after the money. The team is also in constant communication with me to ask if we need anything or tell me if there’s an update on the project’s budget.

VIDEN’s team is constant and communicative, so I don’t have to chase them. The team proactively provides us with performance reports and gives suggestions on how to improve their work. In addition, VIDEN is committed to our satisfaction; once they ensure that, they will send their payment requests.

For our paid search campaigns on Google Ads, they helped us planned the campaigns and determine strategy before setting up, managing, and optimizing the campaigns.
