We are doing a re-branding of our company. We wanted our customers to hear our story and get to know who we are outside of the services we provide. We wanted our true authenticity to come out on video, so we can leverage this to make connections with our audience and potential customers.

The videos they produced where fantastic and much better than we ever expected. High quality and high value videos that we will be able to leverage for years.

Working with Kendrick was amazing. He has so much passion and attention to details in everything he does.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vertical River could have done differently?

They did a fantastic job all around. If there would be anything I could say could be better would be the ability to manage our YouTube channel, maintain it and create content to keep it fresh with out me having to really worry about that. I hope that's a service they offer in the future.
