I’m a product marketing manager at a collaborative SaaS company that operates in the legal tech industry. We make e-discovery software that helps lawyers review electronic evidence. Our secure platform also offers a suite of narrative-building and deposition-preparation tools.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We had an upcoming product launch at the largest convention in the legal industry. We were announcing that one of our tools was going to be offered as a standalone product in 2020—and we needed an on-brand explainer video for it. In addition, we were looking to refresh our brand explainer video, in general, which also necessitated that we establish a brand style guide for our videos.

We faced a unique challenge, posed by the fact that these videos were going to be shown on the convention floor. The videos needed to have not only voiceovers but also written text to be comprehensible in a no-sound setting.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We prepared a brief for them, along with examples of sample videos that we liked. They collaborated with us to create storyboards for the two videos. They made sure that we were on the same page about the narratives’ direction before launching into production. Because they were operating under a tight deadline, they quickly incorporated our requested changes to finalize the finished reels.

What is the team composition?

I worked closely with Kristina and Michelle. Mike was the account executive who was our initial point of contact.

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

When we were interviewing vendors, we were also looking at example work for ideas. We came across the video they’d done for Adobe’s Creative Suite and loved it. We decided to contact them directly to see if they were accepting new clients.

How much have you invested with them?

The total investment was $65,600.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed a contract with them in November 2019, and the videos were completed in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While I can’t share quantitative metrics, the number of registrations for the new product and the amount of web traffic we got during the launch event both exceeded our expectations. Post-conference site engagement was also very high, as well.

How did VercacityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very proactive, which was satisfying to see. They knew we were under a strict timeline because of the upcoming launch, so they responded very quickly whenever we needed them to. We generally communicated through email. While phone calls weren’t ideal for us because we were swamped, they were always available on the phone as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their branding skills and the quality of their animation are both excellent. I’d also highlight their responsiveness and adherence to timelines. Their ability to act quickly to stay on schedule was wonderful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had to provide all of the copy involved in the video production, verbatim. It would’ve been nice if they could have offered some initiative or creative direction on that front.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to be as responsive as they are. They’re extremely committed to sticking to deadlines, so the quicker you are, the more you speed up your own project. It also helped to have a strong creative brief.

My name is Polly Neves and I am the VP of Marketing for CaliforniaChoice. CaliforniaChoice is a health insurance option designed for businesses with 2-100 employees. Our goal is to provide employers and employees with choices when it comes to something as important as where they receive care.

Unlike traditional health insurance options for small businesses that require an employer to offer one health insurance plan, maybe two, CaliforniaChoice offers eight different health insurance plans options, including the state's most premier health plans.

Our portfolio includes: Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Oscar, Sharp Health Plan, Sutter Health, UnitedHealthcare, and Western Health Advantage. In addition to offering a variety of healthcare choices, we also package our options into one program so it is very simple for the person managing employee benefits at a business to offer CaliforniaChoice to employees.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire VeracityColab?

We partnered with VeracityColab for their video expertise. I researched production companies in Orange County and the reviews for VeracityColab were overwhelmingly positive and their work was stellar.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to capture the essence of our new campaign, California Different. We hoped to created a :60 high-level video that portrayed this new brand and allowed the viewer to get the theme of the campaign and our product.

We were a bit unorthodox with the process. The first goal was to get approval for funding the project. Because of this we worked with VeracityColab to develop the script first, then recorded the VO. I presented the audio file and the creative pitch to the CEO. Once we received approval we started finalizing details for the shoot.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

VeracityColab kept everything in Google Docs for scripting and Fram.io for feedback on the video.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video has not been launched at this time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

My team enjoyed working with the Veracity team. Everyone we interacted with was professional, creative, and genuinely nice. We joined Veracity on one of the shoots and had a great time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quickness and professionalism impressed us! I have the utmost confidence in Michelle's creative direction and that of her team. Kyle and Kristina were always prompt to respond to emails and kept me and my team on track when feedback was needed. Our goal was to have the video completed by the end of 2019 and we did!

I’m the marketing director at Realtor’s Property Resource, a subsidiary company of the National Association of Realtors. We’re primarily a technology company that hosts real estate listings for realtors. We’re a one-stop-shop that holds data from schools, neighborhoods, MLS history, and public records.

I mainly run all the videos for our company. I internally produce all of our smaller production videos, like our tutorials, short animated videos, and testimonials. Since we’re a relatively small company, I also assist with graphics and blog updates. For larger projects, we outsource the work.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We’ve worked with VeracityColab over the years on a variety of video projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started our engagement with animated videos. Their team created 4–5 explainer videos for us that explained each piece of our company. Then, this past year, we had the budget to create a more significant project. We wanted to do our first live-action commercial.

After signing the proposals in December 2018, we began the scripting process in a collaborative effort. We’re a company that provides a lot of client feedback, so our team analyzed every word or every line of the script. The first draft we threw out entirely. The team at VeracityColab worked with us to make sure they understood the dynamics of the company. The scripting stage lasted a few months. We had to run it through many different departments for approval, and their team consistently followed-up. Since it was an expensive venture for our company, we weren’t trying to rush beyond what we needed.

Then pre-production began, and we had to fight them for a few things. Their team had different ideas in mind for casting and location. We had a say in the tone and look of the entire piece. Our decision-making process involved finding where to shoot, the wardrobe that everyone wore, and the actors cast. We pushed for what we believed in, as they did on their end. Sometimes we won out, and in other instances, they did. At the end of the day, we did have the final say.

We began the one-day shoot of the 90-second commercial in April. The VP of Marketing and I were there throughout the entire shoot, relaying every bit of feedback. They would shoot one scene, and we would watch from the cameras, speaking to the director about our thoughts. We got full coverage of everyone’s opinions. Nothing needed to be reshot before we went on to post.

There were pieces on our end that needed creation. We were working on new logos and branding that we had to send to their team. After receiving the first preview of the rough cut, we worked on any tweaks we had with their team. Much of our feedback had to do with the voiceovers, not anything editing-wise. We ended up signing off on the final product, but they relayed some suggestions and created a stronger call-to-action.

What is the team composition?

There were a lot of people behind the scenes. The project manager and Max (Creative Director, VeracityColab) were our main points of contact. When we shot the commercial, I requested to speak with the director one-on-one about our vision. From the script stage, we worked with scriptwriters, and during the day of production, there were about 20–25 people on set performing a variety of tasks. During post-production, there were editors, color-correctors, sound technicians, and animators.

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

We’ve worked with them for many years on different projects. When this project came along, VeracityColab was the first group we though out. They had great examples on their website, but one caught our eye and drew our attention.

Our team recently went through a rebranding, creating a story brand. By coincidence, VeracityColab was going through a similar process. Even though we had already worked with them, it made their company feel much more in line with our needs and that they would understand what we wanted in the commercial. This prompted us to start the higher-end project with them.

How much have you invested with them?

For this live-action commercial, we’ve spent $75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our most recent project lasted from December 2018–September 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The final product is beautifully done. Our promotion plan will begin at the beginning of October. The commercial has been shared internally, and the reactions have been incredible. It’s brought people to tears. It will surely be a success.

The team at VeracityColab is great to work with. From the start, they’ve been fantastic. They address any challenges or issues well. We appreciated that our teams challenged each other. Everyone involved was striving to create the best product. Our work with them continually gets better.

Their company has gone through a lot of changes. We’ve worked with different project managers and team members. Despite this, they’ve done an excellent job of keeping us in the loop with everything. We had several internal hoops to jump through, but their team remained supportive and patient. No matter how simple their suggestions were, they had a powerful impact.

It is clear that they care about their clients and are invested in the final product. Their expertise elevated the whole project.

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they’re stellar. Throughout the times we’ve worked with them, there have been changes and struggles within processes and team members. During meetings, we’re able to talk through everything, getting our feelings and information across. Usually, we’ll receive a recap email after each session.

Our project manager has been our go-between within the team, ensuring a clear direction. All of the ones we’ve worked with have been great, setting up calls frequently. Anytime we had questions, they would meet us in person. The whole process was smooth. We always felt heard by VeracityColab.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s a rewarding process working with VeracityColab. They were immersed in story brand, just like us. Since they were doing something similar within their company, I think we were probably the ideal client. Their company has been doing it longer than we have, so they were skilled enough to guide us through the process when we needed clarity.

I was impressed with their final product, but instead of saying that they were done, their team said that they could do even better. Other companies don’t go that extra mile at the very end.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since we’ve been working with VeracityColab so long, they’ve only gotten better. During this process, we did have tough discussions about things we didn’t necessarily agree on. Looking back, it was a good exercise for us to be clear about what we wanted. Once that happened, we were on the same page with the same expectations. Their team tried to understand our company as a whole, focusing on meeting and exceeding our objectives.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do your research. We looked at a lot of companies before moving forward with VeracityColab. You have to find the right dynamic, and their team fits that for us. Make sure that the product they’re producing is what you want to see. Be willing to be challenged and pushed towards your goals.

If you’re looking for someone who will just produce what you’ve written out, then you can hire someone without going through a major process. You want someone to challenge you and take your company to the next level. If you don’t want feedback or opinions, VeracityColab is not the company for you. They want to show their best work.

I’m the co-founder and chief people officer at Tender Greens, a fine-casual restaurant company. We have 32 restaurants across California, New York, and Massachusetts.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We wanted to update our culture video, which is an important part of the onboarding process for our new team members. During orientation, we want to provide new members with a view of the company culture and career opportunities. We were nervous about creating a product that could surpass the success of our last video, which we made a few years back.  

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeracityColab was in charge of the entire video production process. We met with their team—primarily, Kristina (Director of Video Success Management, VeracityColab) and Max (Creative Director, VeracityColab), to brainstorm the best approaches for the video. VeracityColab then came back with an outline for a live-action video that we loved. We worked collaboratively to tweak it, which resulted in the development of a final script.

The shoot was conceptually complex because we had a secret plan to surprise somebody, on camera, with a promotion to management. It was an off-the-books plan that no one really knew about, so there was tension in preparing for the surprise. We had only one chance to get the authentic reaction on film.

VeracityColab came recommended to me by an external project consultant. I looked them up because she spoke so highly of them, and was impressed by their sample work.

Our engagement began in October 2018 and wrapped up July 2019.

People really love the video and have been moved by it. Max pulled the live surprise off remarkably well and was able to capture that special moment. Despite having big shoes to fill, the new video came up against our outstanding predecessor piece. We walked away from the project feeling that we accomplished the mission of replacing our former brand video with something better.

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated mainly through phone and email, and they were on point. They were a collaborative partner who delivered on promises in a timely manner.

Their authenticity, their ability to capture our vision, and their serious commitment to quality are remarkable.

I’m a marketing associate for one of the world’s largest wholesale blank cap manufacturers. We provide custom hats for brands and private labels, including sportswear, streetwear, and other outdoor markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We were launching a website for a new domain and needed a brief video that would explain our product program guide to customers. Having worked with VeracityColab before on another video project, we reached out to them again to produce a short animated video for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

VeracityColab worked with us to create a 1:30-minute animated explainer video for our new site. The process itself was pretty straightforward. Although we’d suggest specific ideas for what we wanted in the video, we also needed them to guide us to make the end result better. 

Their team hosted several discussions to go over our ideas before recommending their own. They sent us multiple mood boards, pitching various directions to go in while still trying to match what we were looking for.

Both parties worked very hard to ensure that the final outcome would be better than expected. They delivered a storyboard for us to approve, animated the stills using CINEMA 4D, and delivered the video as promised.

What is the team composition? 

I worked directly with Kristina (Director of Video Success Management, VeracityColab) to cover our video requirements. There were also 3–4 other resources who worked directly on the animation and sat in on our conference calls.

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

Because we’d worked with VeracityColab on a previous animation project, we knew that they could handle this animation, and the team already had a sense of our company, brand values, and team dynamic.

We did initially consider a few other options but ended up working with VeracityColab again because of their quality of work. They had put a lot of effort into the first project, and we appreciated everything that they’d done for us, so it was a surefire choice.

The project lasted from December 2018–April 2019.

VeracityColab was very cooperative throughout the process, so everything went how we wanted it to. The final video was exactly what we were looking for.

Adding on to that, their animation method was really impactful because they introduced us to the software CINEMA 4D. Our designers had never used that tool before and thought it was a cool resource, so we now use it to create our own marketing assets. 

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, the project management was really great in terms of their service and the way they reached out to us. We mostly communicated through video/phone calls and email, and they respond quickly to keep things moving forward. Time-wise, the project did end up dragging along, but that was due to several factors.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that we chose to work with VeracityColab again really shows how much we enjoy working with them. Besides having strong work ethics, the team was really cooperative. They were open to hearing out our ideas while adding their own input to improve the animation. Everything was a positive experience, and they inspired us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As I mentioned, I would’ve liked to have gotten the final cut faster than the actual timeline. We were supposed to receive the video a month earlier, but it’s understandable why it took so long. They were transferring into a new office, and we added more and more ideas as we went, which dragged out the schedule.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
 
When they first walk you through the initial storyboards, don’t worry about how it looks; it’s a very rough draft that isn’t at all like the polished final version. VeracityColab should consider providing a more polished storyboard or even giving a bit more information so that the client can better picture the end product. This would also help alleviate some of the client’s concerns.

I’m the creative director at Wicked Liquid, a creative house that creates animation and visual effects for television. We’ve been in business for around 16 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We needed to outsource motion graphics and production for our animation company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

When our work exceeds our capacity, VeracityColab is a source for us to maintain our creative levels. We also reach out to do some creative work for us, even if we might execute it in-house. Our partnership sometimes involves our teams working alongside each other to develop assets. We might execute it, or we might have them do it turnkey. They also act as an overflow for our graphics department.

Our teams have worked on multiple projects together. When we have a project that needs motion graphics, we will lean on them a little heavier. Sometimes they lean on us when they need help in the 3D arena. They’ve done a couple jobs that involved explainer videos and motion graphics.

We had a fairly large job that lasted around 18 months that involved camera projection for a live installation in a museum. There were a few ups and downs, but they were a good partner throughout. We needed to rely on VeracityColab. I effectively hired them to be our boss. They handled a portion of the project management and motion graphics, while our side dealt with a bulk of the 3D execution.

Another client asked us to come up with a creative, storyboards, script writing, and execution for a video. We used VeracityColab because of the nature of the deliverable. It was an infographic and extremely motion graphics heavy. They executed a bulk of the work.

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

A friend of ours worked at another company that was working with interactive and trade show work for the medical space. He ended up leaving there and going to VeracityColab when they were smaller. He was our closest contact at that previous company, so we ended up following them.

Initially, we were doing work for them. We knew some of their team socially and would invite them to check out our office and meet everyone. That set us up for a good start.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement began in 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It never feels like we’re competing with one another. It’s a beneficial relationship on both ends. Our work with them has been close-knit and transparent. Our clients and our whole team have always been happy with their work. All of our projects with them have gone smooth.

For us, the unique aesthetic and creativity that is seen in the products stand apart from others in their space. When I see their work, as a creative director myself, I see a lot of things that I may not have necessarily come up with myself, and it looks better.

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

Bethany and Kristina are always on time and extremely communicative. Paul is one of the most creative and skilled people I’ve ever met. We enjoy working with him. Whenever he touches something, it usually comes out better.

When I interact with their project managers, it’s been seamless. Their project management skills from the client-facing side have been superb. They’re communicative, putting in the effort to meet deadlines and keeping everyone up to date. They use a lot of tools to keep work on schedule and organized, but we don’t have access to those. We interact heavily on Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

VeracityColab adds an instant amount of creative value.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few project management hiccups on our side. I see a lot under the hood and get into the more integrated pipeline of everything. There are one of two things that I think are to be desired, but I’m looking at that with a little bias due to my expertise. Since I come from an animation and technical background, I have to rely on their project management team to have a knowledge base regarding 3D animation. I think sometimes they don’t have that, while some of our project managers in-house are animators.

Their project managers excel from the client side. As I’m on the other side, I think we carry a bit of the burden of the project managers because sometimes we have to take on the work while they manage some of the animation and technical projects we have to deal with. They’re not always up to speed, but they do the best that they can. When I provide them with information and they ask questions, I have to do a little more work, but I’m happy to do it. They’re doing their job and educating themselves. Paul will also jump in to help. I don’t necessarily expect them to have the expertise, but on the flipside, they deliver on the client side where it counts.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

VeracityColab is a turnkey vendor. Any potential clients need to have everything together. Some clients can be disorganized, and others are buttoned-up. Some come in without a plan and dump everything in the vendor’s lap with an accelerated deadline. VeracityColab can handle it.

If you want to go in and work with any creative agency, the more you have prepared, the better. I would hire Veracity to do creative and execute the product. If things aren’t together, a large percent of your budget will go towards organizing and not the actual work. Be prepared and have a detailed outline ready. Again, not because their team needs it, but it would be more helpful.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We launched a new product a year ago and were creating more content to promote it. We wanted to share short animated videos to highlight the benefits of our product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve produced three short videos. We told VeracityColab what we wanted to see, and we had a back and forth on the editing. Our initial aim was for 15-second videos, but we ended up extending them to 30 seconds, given the amount of content we included. The videos don’t have voiceovers, so the storyboard only concerned animation, music, and other such elements.

What is the team composition?

They assigned a project manager, who interacted with us on scheduling and feedback. We began with a kickoff call with the art director of the animation team to determine what kind of videos we wanted to produce.

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

They’d worked with other departments in my company. We were happy with the quality of those animations, so we decided to work with them again.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them November 2018–February 2019. The process took longer than we expected, due to the holidays.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

These were 30-second videos, so they needed to be crisp and precise, with music that supported the theme. I was happy with what VeracityColab delivered. Their animation was to the point, and they incorporated the changes we requested. The three videos have a standard look, so they give a sense of continuity to our customers.

We’ve just launched them, so feedback is still coming in. Within the first few hours of posting the videos on YouTube, one customer commented on how great the music was. That was great feedback, especially for the limited time since the launch. In our internal review, everyone was also happy with how the animation was created.

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a professional team. They provided us a timeline for the delivery, and they were very responsive. We were happy with the performance, and they delivered what was promised.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at creating animation videos. They’re professional, and they know what they’re doing—I believe they composed their own music for the videos, so it was a good match for what we were creating.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This was a science video, and they don’t have a science background, so there was a bit of education involved. That wasn’t their fault as there was no way for them to fully understand the subject matter.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

We’re a large company with a lot of internal processes. There were at least three rounds of review, and we involved VeracityColab in those to improve efficiency. We also gave them our brand guidelines, and I suggest that other clients do the same.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

I reached out to VeracityColab to help create sales training videos for our staff, so they could present complex products to potential clients more easily.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeracityColab created seven training interview-style videos, equating to less than two hours of content. They helped us come up with some of the questions, and our business partners wrote their own answers. They also provided motion graphics, animations, and editing as needed and we're considering working with them to translate the videos to launch them globally. 

What is the team composition? 

We worked with a handful of people on their team, including a project manager and film team who spent an excessive amount of time editing for us. 

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

Our molecular biology business unit worked with them on a customer-facing video and had wonderful things to say about their experience, so we reached out for a quote. Compared to other vendors we considered, VeracityColab had better ideas and an understanding of what we were trying to do. They were also honest about what they could and couldn't do, and their pricing was affordable. Other firms we spoke to took a longer time to get back to me, so I didn't feel like we were as much of a priority to them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around September 2018, and they delivered the final videos this week (March 2019).

They came up with great ideas on how to approach the project, keeping it very light and fun. Our business partners have provided a lot of positive feedback about the process. VeracityColab performed so well that other departments are considering working with them on similar projects as well.

They were very patient and understanding throughout the engagement, answering the many questions we had at every stage. During editing, they uploaded the videos onto Frame.io, which allowed us to leave comments and communicate back and forth until they were finalized. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to communicate and understand our needs sets them apart; they didn't try to force their ideas, but rather helped bring our own vision to life. They were very focused on creating unique, high-quality content.

We engaged VeracityColab to create a motion graphic video showcasing our veterinarians that was going to be revealed at the NASDAQ video tower in Times Square. Although it was a great opportunity for us, we only had a few business days to get it done, so we were looking for a vendor that could produce quality animation work within our rigid timeframe.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeracityColab produced a 30-minute motion graphic video, including some animation within three business days. We collaborated with their team on storyboarding from start to finish.

What is the team composition? 

We mostly worked directly with Paul (Director of Digital Innovation, VeracityColab), who did a phenomenal job to ensure our video was completed under a tight deadline. Their team brought a lot of positive energy to the table as we worked through long hours to pull it off. 

How did you come to work with VeracityColab?

We researched vendors online, and VeracityColab was basically the only one confident in their ability to take on our aggressive timeline.

What is the status of this engagement?

They completed the project within a few days in February 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VeracityColab helped us accomplish a task that represented the culmination of nine years worth of work. Our board and investors were very impressed by the premiere in Times Square–it was one of the most rewarding moments of my career. VeracityColab created exactly what we wanted. Many of our veterinarians later shared the video on their social media accounts and took a great sense of pride in it. 

How did VeracityColab perform from a project management standpoint?

We were thrilled with the way they managed the project, and we'd work with them again in a heartbeat. They were very organized and worked long hours to make sure we met our deadline, staying in constant communication with us throughout. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They came up with a very creative solution to our challenge of showcasing 400 different veterinarians over the course of 30 minutes. They came up with a script within a day and helped us collect all the assets we needed down to the last minute. Their ability to integrate all our photos and produce great animation and motion graphics under our deadline was incredible. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Our deadline was unrealistic, so it's quite amazing they were able to pull it off at all. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

What helped us is bringing in a lot of solid, well-thought-out concepts on day one, along with some inspiration for the animation to help their team get started.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of marketing for ACD/Labs. We’re a software company that supports the R&D industry related to molecule chemistry.

What challenge were you trying to address with VeracityColab?

We needed a capable production studio to help us create professional videos. While the first engagement with them consisted of a branding video, they’ve since created additional videos that explain our software products to customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VeracityColab produces animated product videos and handles most of the creative materials. However, our work with them usually involves a collaborative effort. The videos speak to a highly technical audience, so we’re relatively hands-on when it comes to developing scripts. It’s vital that specific language is used without dumbing down the software’s functions. While they take the lead on designing various graphical elements, our in-house art director contributes to that effort as well. That facilitates some continuity between the newer videos and our other branding materials. Overall, they’ve completed four different projects for us.

We found them several years ago by searching online for reputable production studios. After looking through their portfolio, we decided to hire them.

The last video they created for us cost around $13,000.

While our last video project with them started out kind of rough, the final product is excellent. They worked hard to overcome significant project challenges. We’re often captivated by their deliverables.

They handle each undertaking with a great deal of professionalism. The account manager communicates with us proactively and ensures that we give them the information they need to succeed. They’re fantastic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest and upfront about their capabilities as a firm. Their flexibility further accentuates those attributes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was a misunderstanding at the beginning of our most recent project together involving the product itself. Upon receiving the script for that video, we ended up doing a complete rewrite. That hasn’t ever happened during our previous engagements, so it took us by surprise.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Start the project with a detailed vision in mind. From a marketing perspective, it’s important to pull together a product’s positioning in a succinct manner. Also, understand who the audience is so VeracityColab doesn’t have to waste time with market research.
