The success of the project has been clear in both the immediate results and day-to-day improvements afterward. We’ve fully eliminated our dependence on an on-premises server and transitioned to a cloud-managed Microsoft 365 environment without major disruption, which has significantly reduced infrastructure complexity and ongoing maintenance.All users and devices have been successfully migrated to centralized cloud identity and device management, and multi-factor authentication has been enabled across the organization to strengthen security. Our Microsoft 365 data is now protected by a dedicated backup solution with verified restore capability, giving us confidence in our data protection and recovery readiness.Overall, the project has resulted in a more secure, stable, and easier-to-manage IT environment. The transition has been completed smoothly with clear documentation and training that has allowed our team to operate confidently moving forward.

Overall, the project has been very well executed, and there are no major areas we would change. Because this has been a complex transition, the only thing that could have been helpful earlier on would have been even more advanced communication around user-facing steps during the device migration. However, Veracity Technologies has been very responsive and addressed questions quickly as they’ve come up.They’ve been proactive about adjusting timelines when needed and have worked closely with our team to minimize disruption. We’ve felt well supported throughout the project and would confidently work with them again.

Veracity Technologies helped us streamline systems management, enhance security, and ensure our technology was dependable and scalable as our operations grew. They implemented the Equipment360 software solution within our existing on-premises IT infrastructure. The objective of the project was to improve equipment management, maintenance tracking, and overall operational efficiency while maintaining compatibility with our current server environment.
To support the Equipment360 application requirements, Veracity Technologies performed a server operating system upgrade. This work included upgrading a virtual server from Windows Server 2016 Standard to Windows Server 2019 Standard. The upgrade was completed during a scheduled maintenance window and included the creation of a server checkpoint prior to execution.
Following the upgrade, Veracity Technologies worked with Centralized Services to confirm that backups, antivirus, asset management, and monitoring agents were functioning properly. They also verified that critical business applications, including Primavera and Spreadsheet Server, remained accessible and operational.
After the successful server upgrade, Veracity Technologies coordinated directly with the Equipment360 vendor to deploy the software solution. 
This phase included obtaining installation instructions, facilitating vendor access as needed, installing the Equipment360 database on the designated virtual server, and deploying the Equipment360 client application. Veracity Technologies tested system connectivity with the vendor to ensure the solution met our operational requirements and confirmed that the client software was installed where needed and accessible to employees.
The project concluded with the creation of updated documentation. Veracity Technologies documented the Equipment360 application configuration, database settings, and client installation details, including installation locations. Vendor contact information, including name, phone number, email address, and website, was also documented to support future maintenance and support needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While we didn’t track formal metrics for this project, the outcomes were clearly observed throughout the engagement. The server upgrade and Equipment360 implementation were completed during a planned maintenance window and resulted in no unplanned downtime for our users. Core business applications remained accessible throughout the transition, and there was no disruption to day-to-day operations.
The transition to the upgraded server environment and new Equipment360 platform was seamless from an end-user perspective. Employees were able to access the Equipment360 client immediately after deployment, and the system was operational upon go-live without the need for rework or follow-up remediation. User adoption occurred naturally as the client was installed where needed and validated with both our staff and the vendor.
Overall, the project delivered a smooth upgrade and software rollout with stable system performance, uninterrupted access to critical applications, and a successful handoff supported by clear documentation. This allowed us to realize the benefits of the new platform without operational delays or downtime. Employees provided positive feedback following the Equipment360 rollout, and productivity improved as a result. 
The transition was near seamless, allowing users to begin working in the new system immediately. Improved access to equipment and maintenance information helped streamline workflows and support more efficient day-to-day operations. We also saw better maintenance-parts-cost tracking, and payroll for our shop employees is now able to be imported instead of manually entering time each week.

Our teams experienced smoother collaboration with shared workspaces, clearer document ownership, and easier ways to work together without relying on email attachments or scattered file versions. Employees found information more quickly thanks to better organization, metadata, and search capabilities.

We saw more consistent and secure handling of files, with permissions that matched team roles and reduced accidental oversharing. Operationally, we benefited from reduced time spent hunting for documents, fewer workflow bottlenecks, and more efficient processes supported by the centralized structure. Finally, the migration resulted in a cleaner, more organized content environment with unnecessary or outdated files removed and remaining content clearly structured for long-term use.

Overall, the measurable success came from improved collaboration, stronger governance, streamlined workflows, better content organization, and a more secure and scalable foundation for our company’s growth. We observed clear, qualitative improvements across several areas of our organization’s workflows. Users reported that documents were easier and quicker to locate thanks to the structured organization and enhanced search capabilities within SharePoint. Teams increasingly relied on shared document libraries, which naturally reduced the need to send files back and forth via email. Device enrollment preparation covered platform restrictions, Apple MDM certificates, Android Enterprise, Samsung Knox, and Windows Autopilot profiles. Compliance and configuration policies were established for all platforms, including security baselines and connectivity profiles. App management involved deploying Microsoft 365 and other apps, applying app protection and configuration policies. Conditional access policies were implemented and tested with Microsoft Defender integration.
