VBrand Visuals has done a great job with the graphic design projects. The team has delivered high-quality work consistently and creatively. VBrand Visuals has nailed the designs almost every time, so we don't need to make many revisions. Their consistently creative solutions are excellent.

VBrand Visuals' work has been well-structured, and the team has provided us with flexibility. The team is also responsive and quick to deliver.

How did VBrand Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?

VBrand Visuals has constantly stayed within the budget. If something has come up, we've been open to discussions, and if the cost is reasonable, we've been okay with increasing the budget. Everything in that regard has been smooth. The team has also frequently met deadlines and is ready to react quickly.

We use Jira in our team, and we've invited VBrand Visuals to our Jira instance so we can efficiently work with tasks. The team has picked it up well, and working with them that way is easy.

For communication, we use Slack for quick messages; for more formal discussions, we use email; and if there's something to be discussed, we meet online or in person.

VBrand Visuals provides pictures for promotions, mailers, and graphic design. The team also designs and develops landing pages for affiliates. The team works under our guidance and briefs. We're in a regulated market, so everything must comply fully with the UKGC.

Initially, we provided them with the brand guidelines. We changed the designs on our site, and George, VBrand Visuals' founder, created the concepts. We explained what we wanted to deliver, and he devised some solutions on Figma. We chose the best design that suited us.

VBrand Visuals designs and develops landing pages on WordPress because our affiliate system is connected to other platforms.

George is consistently available when needed, and our CRM team communicates with two other teammates from VBrand Visuals.

I've known George for more than 10 years. We used to work together, and he was a designer back then. I enjoyed working with him because we understood each other. He was from the iGaming industry, so it was easy to work with him. Once he got the brand guidelines, it was easy to work with him.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The graphic design has an impact. It's the first thing a user sees when they land on the page. Based on this page, the user must go to the main site to register. We gave the guidelines about the landing pages. VBrand Visuals could do them independently, but we must follow specific compliance regulations.

We have no information regarding how much the team has helped in growth, but VBrand Visuals helps because all the affiliate traffic is coming through this landing page. The team plays a significant role in this. Without them, it would be a disaster.

From memory, the conversion was low when we didn't have landing pages. The landing pages have increased the conversion from a visitor to a registration and a customer by 10%–20%.

The quality of VBrand Visuals' work meets our expectations. That's why we've been working with them for so long.

How did VBrand Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?

VBrand Visuals delivers on time. Their process is organized. We do the brief, and they ask us to complete the forms. Since we've been working for so long, filling out the forms is easy. It wasn't seamless the first time because there were lots of details to put in. However, we can change the name, offer, design, or character once we're there.

We used Trello before, but the work became so mainstream that we communicate via email and our forms. The rest of the team prefers to do it via email. Once VBrand Visuals has finished the designs, they upload them to OneDrive, send the links, and ask if we like them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about VBrand Visuals is their suggestions. Sometimes, we struggle to find the best solution and match the colors. George has an excellent sense of colors. At a scientific level, he knows how colors reflect on a person and how they match. His professional suggestions help me bring the best designs that potentially convert people and customers.

Sometimes customers come with an idea but can't explain it well. I advise choosing VBrand Visuals because they're easy to work with. Make the initial meeting, provide VBrand Visuals with the information about your brand, and tell them what you want to achieve. Then, leave the rest to them.

The team has developed a strategy for our social media channels and created stunning visuals that have helped us gain more followers and popularity across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Additionally, we've asked VBrand Visuals to create banners and website sections for specific campaigns. For example, in 2023, we had a special campaign for Christmas. The team made special banners we could reuse on social media and the website, creating a more unified experience.

Thanks to the cosplay campaign, we've ended up being Bulgaria's number one cosplay producer, which has been an enormous success. We've also gained a lot of business clients through our social media that require serial production.

VBrand Visuals has consistently provided timely deliverables. We've presented them with aggressive deadlines for our initial campaigns, but the team has managed to create great visuals and stay on budget.

The reach of our publications and the reactions we get on social media are much higher—twice, even triple, than before. It depends on our different pages.

We had no problems with the budget. They even helped us two more times after sending us the results from the first session. We mostly communicated through phone calls, but they sent us the pictures through email and a cloud service.

George did a nice job. He was professional and had a good attitude. He asked about everything, even things we weren't expecting. We knew what we wanted but didn't know the terms to describe it. There were some surprises and more tasks that he didn't expect, but he answered very well and helped us a lot.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their readiness to adapt was impressive. They had to arrange how to get to us and come with everything needed for a proper photo session. They came twice after my colleague was sick. The team was attentive to understanding us and adequately to get us the result.

The communication with them was always smooth; we consulted several times together and gave feedback, and we were very satisfied with the result. To date, they also administer the website and provide assistance with some content when needed. Key deliverables: a brand new website.

Our website is functioning smoothly and we use it regularly for updates regarding news and events. Also, the organization is a coalition of women's rights NGOs and some of them have decided to create a new website similar to ours, thanks to the good design and the appeal of our website.

VBrand Visuals has designed our website from scratch and helped us with its UX/UI and graphic design. They've also assisted us with branding.

To start the project, we had a casual talk to get to know the people behind their company and understand who we’d work with. We wanted to like them, as this is not work to be done by a machine, so we searched for an understanding between us. Overall, I wanted them to know what I mean whenever I ask for something on our website.

So, at the beginning, we started with a meeting where they showed us a few projects they’d done before and gave us feedback on how they work with their clients. Then, they provided us with a questionnaire regarding our website. After that, we had other talks regarding the questionnaire, where we discussed what was supposed to be done.

They have been in charge of everything related to design and its pertinent details. So far, they have used Figma and other tools. Once I assign work, I fully expect people to know their job. In this way, I have trusted the team to use all the proper tools and technologies for the project.

I hired VBrand Visuals to design my catalog called Garbage. The catalog was for an exhibition and art series called Garbage. It was a print design project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VBrand Visuals designed my catalog. We started with taking pictures because VBrand Visuals also did the photography for the paintings catalog. While we were deciding how to proceed, we started with the photography.

I wanted the catalog to be more than just a leaflet. I wanted to add some value for the user. VBrand Visuals came up with an idea for the catalog to be not just a leaflet with pictures but also a diary. The owner could write their personal thoughts or draw on it. 

I wanted the catalog's proportions to be like the paintings in the series. Together, we decided on the paper, the design, the materials, and the prints.

I worked with George, who did everything, including the design, photography, and pre-print.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was delighted with VBrand Visuals's work. Their idea for the catalog to also be a diary was nice because it reflected my project, which was about the consumption and emotional values of used goods. More people are now aware of my brand as an artist. 

How did VBrand Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very good at staying on budget and keeping to the schedule. This was one of the reasons I chose them. They said they’d complete the project quickly, but we didn’t skip any steps in the process. We communicated via email and in person.

George was very good at handling the different and challenging tasks of this project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The idea VBrand Visuals gave me to develop the catalog was impressive. We worked very well together, and we were on the same page at the same time in our process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could’ve done it better, but that was more related to our time. If we had more time, the project would have been better. This wasn’t up to them; it was up to me.

Start the project earlier so there aren’t any time-pressuring moments.
