What was the scope of their involvement?

Vasundhara Infotech LLP built our application from the ground up. We needed a mobile platform for our customers with a web-based admin panel for our internal staff, so their team implemented the necessary solutions using Firebase. They integrated a customer list and sales inventory into the app before deploying it to the app stores.

We worked with Vasundhara Infotech LLP from August 2020–June 2021. Most of the work was done in the early months, and we fine-tuned the system from there.

Vasundhara Infotech LLP delivered an essentially straightforward app that met our expectations and promoted our business. We were featured twice in the local newspaper, so more and more people expressed their interest in our smart services. We were the first store in our city to come up with automated purchasing features, and we're confident that we'll be able to rise above competitors in the future because of Vasundhara Infotech LLP's unique solutions.

Their team worked effectively with us to help us overcome bugs or issues that could inhibit our app's performance, and their efforts ultimately paved the way for a reliable platform with a sleek UX. Overall, we were truly satisfied with their team's expertise and dedication.

We established our partnership in November 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

I wish they could be a bit more outside the box when it comes to the project, but they still do what they’re told. It’s great if they’re always asking us for our feedback, but it would be better if they can come up with solutions on their own.

I would advise them to be more specific with their needs and goals.
