I have known about the company Valmax for a long time and so as soon as the question of development and promotion of the site, I thought to start working with them. Our marketing department allocated several tasks: creating advertising banners, designing materials for creatives, preparing promotional materials.

I decided that I wanted to work only with a Ukrainian company, for comfortable communication and fast work. Valmax was a well-known company, and my acquaintances had already contacted them and were satisfied. The last stage of choice was the study of their website, portfolio and customer reviews and I was pleasantly surprised.

Our company had long thought about rebranding and upgrading our website, but at the beginning we were thinking about alternative strategies for development. We hired the Valmax team and discussed the result we wanted to achieve through our cooperation. We had several brainstorming sessions and discussed the plan and the details of that project. Then the design team got to work and we got the first concepts. Quick, coordinated work is what we noticed immediately.

Subsequently, we had calls 1-2 times a week with the project manager, he presented us the result of the work they have done during the week. I am satisfied with our cooperation

We needed screens developed for a client presentation to showcase what the system will look and feel like and to give a high level overview of functionality.

Searched online for UX developers and interviewed Vlad. I liked his portfolio and thought there would be good synergy working together. The timeline was also very tight and he was able to finish before the deadline.

I prepared mock-ups and we reviewed these in an initial meeting. After working on the first screen we had a review and I provided feedback. Throughout the process, we left comments in Figma and communicated on Slack so it was easy to stay in close communication despite the time difference. After feedback was provided for the first screen, he was able to complete the next 3-4 very quickly and I provided additional comments. We worked through 8 screens total in a quick timeframe.

We found a profile of the company at Clutch among to other digital agencies in our city. The company has good reviews and we decided to try to work with them.

We were needed to create branding for a new company. The project was split in follow steps:

1. We have filled in the questionnaire for branding that we received from Valmax. The questionnaire was organized professionally, it has examples of answers that helped us to decide what we want.
2. After filling out the forms, the vendor started working on our branding.
3. In a few days, we got the first concepts of the logo. The logos were presented nicely, they were displayed in cups, t-shirts, and other branding attributes that allowed us to see how it looks in live.
4. We have selected our favorite logo.
5. The company started working on a branding guide based on the selected logo. The guide included our brand fond, colors.

Communication was via Telegram chat and a few calls, it was enough. All files were sent by google drive. The project went fast, it took a week, and it was superb!

We found them on Upwork, but we also checked the reviews on Clutch. They have a lot of experience with crypto projects, we checked their portfolio.

First of all, we conducted several interviews with our managers and developers, together with the Valmax Digital team - we defined the requirements for the design of the project. Based on our requirements, the Valmax team created a mindmap of our project, and then started designing prototypes. They also prepared a color scheme (several variants) After approving all the UX prototypes, they created some final design concepts for us. At the end, they gave us a Figma file with Desktop, Mobile design and UI kit

We quickly found common ground. The project manager spoke good English, and we called regularly several times a week. The rest of the communication was via Telegram. The design was created in Figma

VALMAX DIGITAL team has a deep understanding of the crypto industry, which was impressive! For projects like ours, it is very important to understand the mechanics of NFT, GameFi projects.

Unfortunately, they don't have Blockchain developers. I would advise them to look in that direction. In terms of design, everything is great!
