Always finding talent to do work on short notice. Most tasks just require initial specifications and are then delivered. If anything is unclear, they make sure they understand the task first.

I don't really have any complaints. Sometimes, they underestimate the time taken to finish a task, but most software development projects are impossible to estimate correctly, so it is normal.
