In our company, we have a family of products aimed at improving efficiency in the ESG/EHS field. We had the task of making a technological leap in terms of data processing speed, quality for automated decision-making, and reducing the percentage of erroneous actions in production. This was necessary to reduce LTIFR indicators in production.
Our idea was to introduce a mobile-first approach to ensure safety in production (operational control and escalation) and increase efficiency through the use of AI technologies. Thanks to our collaboration with VSD, we were not only able to improve safety indicators in production by refactoring our products (with significant involvement from VSD) but also established ourselves in the market as one of the most IT-mature startups.
I would like to highlight the speed of decision-making and implementation from VSD. The lean approach is exactly as it should be in our understanding.
