We needed help with contract compliance review, CRM management, and social media strategy creation and execution.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VA Mantra sorted CRM contacts and delivered call lists. The team also reviewed contacts for signature companies and ensured all documents were in place. VA Mantra provided Google Sheets of reviews, contracts, and a list of document exceptions. The team also created content, scheduled posts, and managed engagement for our social media strategy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VA Mantra reviewed about 80 purchase contracts for exceptions. The team also assisted with oversight of our database with 12 different agents and 100 new leads per month. VA Mantra became part of our executive team, and we counted on them for data and interpretation of that data. The team helped us identify leads that weren’t getting attention and agents that weren’t fulfilling their commitment to lead follow-up. As a result, we found buyers sitting in cold leads.

How did VA Manra perform from a project management standpoint?

VA Mantra always delivered on time. We had standing meeting times, and the team was always on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really appreciated that VA Mantra worked in our overnight hours. We tried using VAs during our work hours, and it wasn’t as efficient as working with VA Manra.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I plan to hire them for future work and expect them to continue bringing honest analysis, assessments, and ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something VA Mantra could have done differently?

Overall, my experience with Suraj was very positive, but one area for improvement could be around proactive communication. At times, I would have appreciated more regular updates without needing to ask for them. That being said, whenever I reached out, he was always responsive and quick to act on my requests.
