The team was contracted to make revisions and updates to an existing React Native Mobile Application, API and Database. Once concluded, the next focus was to build out a new React Native Mobile Application from provided Figma Designs, associating the new application with the existing database and API's.

Utah Tech Labs was able to deliver the desired deliverables and hit milestones.

There were a few times where the desire to put the customer first seemed to lend to inaccurate scoping of project goals and timelines. In an effort to strive to hit our requested deliverables and timelines, Utah Tech Labs over-promised on their ability to perform in the desired timeframe, but were ultimately still able to provide the deliverables, albeit behind the initial requested delivery date.

Jay is a unique leader with a desire to truly serve his customers. Jay will work closely with his clients to help "make things right." As a customer, I felt very heard and seen and cared for. This was a standout aspect of my experience with Utah Tech Labs.

Better accuracy around timing for deliverables, despite what the customer wants to hear.
