Urtasker is an extremely skilled and professional organization that provides all the services related to E-commerce businesses. They have applied optimal tactics in order to launch my products (Baby Wedge Pillow, Travelling Neck Pillow and Silk Sleep Mask) successfully as well as they are managing all other aspects of the project at daily basis.

The team handled the project quite well, emphasising the proactive attitude in all aspects of the project. Whenever I experienced a problem with my brand, they provided different and appropriate remedies.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? I've seen really great results since the beginning of the job, and I'm still very delighted to see the progress in all aspects of the project; I'm amazed to see the sales data while having very high competition in the niche I'm offering. I've been working with Urtasker's team since the beginning and they've been quite helpful and easy to work with. They offer periodic updates on the work completed as well as future plans. We meet weekly on Microsoft Teams and converse everyday through chat on the same channel.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had some coms issues due to the different time zones. However, Saad was quick to accomodate and adapt and we were about to come to a consensus about a good time to meet and things smoothened out after that.
