My company is a physical product retailer in the e-commerce space. We have multiple sales channels on Amazon and our own website, and we’re expanding into brick and mortar retail.

My goal in hiring Urtasker was to free up my plate so that I can be more of a visionary instead of handling day-to-day tasks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Urtasker handles all of the tasks within our Amazon sales channels, which includes about 10-15 different actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. In any given period, their team will update listings, monitor PPC and ad spending, reply to feedback and reviews, conduct product competitor and keyword research, and write copy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Urtasker provides a weekly and monthly report that includes all metrics from our sales, advertising, and profits. I make use of those metrics in the work that I do, and they have proven to be very helpful. In general, their work has freed me to focus on the big ideas that drive our company.

How did Urtasker perform from a project management standpoint?

They are really good at communicating and have delivered on everything they promised to deliver. We use a combination of about 90% Skype and 10% email to get feedback on specific tasks and ideas that we want to implement.

They have a really efficient structure in their company leadership that helps make project management very effective.

I would just like to see them add more services to their portfolio, but on the whole, I have been very pleased.

The outcomes were outstanding. My Amazon seller account was set up flawlessly and began generating sales quickly. Their ads and marketing strategies led to a noticeable increase in visibility, traffic, and conversions. I also saw my product rankings improve, which directly translated into higher sales and revenue.

after start cooperation with this team the PPC starting going better and ACOS decrease from 80% step by step to around 30% and costs of monthly PPC decreased from around $5000/month to $2500/month

I've seen really great results since the beginning of the job, and I'm still very delighted to see the progress in all aspects of the project; I'm amazed to see the sales data while having very high competition in the niche I'm offering. My Brand has yielded really positive results. Some of the points of progress/success mentioned below:

I've been working with Urtasker's team since the beginning and they've been quite helpful and easy to work with. They offer periodic updates on the work completed as well as future plans. We meet weekly on Microsoft Teams and converse everyday through chat on the same channel.

We had some coms issues due to the different time zones. However, Saad was quick to accomodate and adapt and we were about to come to a consensus about a good time to meet and things smoothened out after that.
