After launching the website, we receive much fewer questions regarding the financial support of the Foundation, as the 'Support page' is very comfortable to use. It's much easier to communicate updates regarding our projects, as developers created very comfortable admin access for us to update information.

Communication tools: Telegram messenger, Zoom meetings. The website was developed at the time agreed upon at the start. The project manager responded to our requests very quickly and always provided us with updates regarding the process.

We were a newborn Charity that cared about our main activity: providing Ukrainian civilians near the frontline with humanitarian aid, and providing our soldiers with everything they needed for protection: ammunition, first-aid kits, drones, and vehicles. We didn't have time and human resources to focus on something else, despite the website being really important for fundraising. So we are extra grateful for their initiative and commitment to help us the best way they could: with their expertise.

The whole process was transparent and clearly organised, making it easy to track progress. The finished website not only looks modern, but also fully meets the functionality requirements. The CRM system was implemented flawlessly, making it much easier to manage client data and automate processes.

I don't know much about website development, so it was important to me that everything be said in simple language.
