The goal of the work was to develop a new custom product configurator for the product page of our customized jewelry. We let the customer choose the engraving on our products, so the configuration part is key to converting the customer. We gave Upbrighter IT Services Private Limited an example and all the requirements, including functional and design, before starting the collaboration. The key deliverables for our work were: 

1. It must be developed for Shopify 2.0 themes 
2. You can navigate through the product options by clicking the icon representing that option. Once clicked, the available options appear in a expanded tab underneath. Currently our default options are "Color" and "Size", but it should adapt to new options added in future. 
3. The product options are those from the Shopify product, plus two additional ones for "Custom Engraving" and for "Secret Engraving". 
4. Custom Engraving, once expanded, lets the user choose between "Coordinates" or "Text" (I can provide you with the already developed code for this part). 
5. Secret Engraving instead lets the user select an additional engraving on the back of the product (if the option is ticked by the user as checkbox, otherwise no additional engraving will be made) of the product and it's exactly the same as "Custom Engraving". If the Secret Engraving checkbox is selected, the user has to pay an additional cost (4.99€). 
6. Once the product is configured and customized, the user can click "Add 2nd one" to add and customize a second (third, forth and so on) product, just like the first one, following the requirements above.

The final configurator was tailored to our needs and fully functioning, as we imagined before assigning the job. The company was really careful to listen to our feedback and change requests, supporting us during the development and the design of the web page. They carefully fixed the problems and extensively tested all the code.

The project manager was really collaborative and open to our requests to change or to review the progress made. Overall, the items were delivered in the expected days. Whenever a delay occurred, they were kind to share the reasons and the complexities behind the work to be completed. They managed to develop everything I needed, sometimes coming up with even better solutions than the one proposed.
