What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivery times were met, monthly website traffic increased, sales conversions increased, and Google search results rankings improved. They showed me progress in a diagram of activities. They involved us in the development processes by validating each section and content.

They shared with us a work plan (activities) for the development of the website, they also used a project planner in Gantt, we saw progress. They did a benchmarking to understand what we needed and how to start developing based on our requirements and needs, they even made us see needs that we ignored. When we asked for a change or did tests, they assigned a priority for that new event.

Definitely the way they committed to development, previously we worked with external software development companies, but they always developed without being interested in the industry, but when we worked with UNIVERSEPAGE we could notice the difference, we were surprised that they did a benchmarking to understand our needs, the result was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UNIVERSEPAGE could have done differently?

Trends are changing or updating, right now I think there is nothing to improve however if we need to update something, we will definitely contact universepage again.

SEO positioning (search engine ranking for relevant keywords). Increase in the number of registrations

Low number of reports for errors or site crashes.

Through Google Analytics, we measure monthly visits to the platform. (unique users, sessions). They increased in visits from search engines. Fewer errors reported. The number of forms with incorrect data was reduced by 80%, maintaining the number of monthly forms. Reduced the number of tickets generated by form errors by 50%. The average time to fill out the form was reduced by 50%.

They delivered on time, they follow a schedule where they assign tasks and due dates. When we asked for changes, they delivered it in an acceptable time.

There is no negative comment, it was definitely a project that ended very quickly, they adapted to our times and our requirements.
