Deliverables were always ahead of schedule and all of my needs were taken cared of.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they answer their phone and let you speak with someone who's directly involved with your project so you don't get the typical back-and-forth about needing to get back to you to answer your questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Unique Web Designer could have done differently?

If I was to nitpick I would say they could have created several pages at a time before sending them in for me to review. They sent each page to be reviewed individually so perhaps we could have saved time if they sent several pages at a time. That being said, this wasn't an issue for me, but it's the only thing that I would change if I was them.
