I’m the head of product marketing at Archive, an AI-native platform that gives creator marketing teams complete visibility into what their community creates and the tools to act on it. Our platform captures every mention, discovers the right creators, tracks performance, and lets users prove ROI.

What challenge were you trying to address with UNFINISHED?

We needed help launching an upcoming product page in a tight turnaround. We also needed longer-term website support, including an ongoing website refresh and rebranding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In less than two weeks, UNFINISHED helped us create a product page for one of our most important product launches of the new year. This was a pivotal moment for our company, and I had complete trust that UNFINISHED would help us get it done. The team followed my messaging brief and guidelines and came up with creative solutions to showcase the true highlights of the feature. UNFINISHED also developed animations and took feedback quickly. Overall, they went above and beyond to help us get this page ready in time for the launch.In parallel, UNFINISHED has been helping us across all of our website needs, including webinar registration pages and quick updates to other web pages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful migration with no loss of functionality or data, including verified Salesforce CRM integration and custom code working correctly post-launch. And Unifnished executed very well on our in-house designs. 

Reduced time-to-publish for content and page updates, reflecting the ease-of-update goal and less dependency on developer involvement.

Site scalability in practice, measured by how easily new pages or components can be added as CoreVest grows, using the Webflow component system built during the project.

Great communication, and fast execution. They also came with solutions to issues that arose and gaps we had not anticipated.

Unfininshed were hired to provider ongoing web development, design, maintenance and consulting services, which has involved everything from daily tactical ticket responses to full-scale site redesigns.

User experience and engagement improvements post-redesign reflecting a more modern, effective site, as well as a new ability to make day-of changes to the website as needed. Our traffic continues to go up and we are more easily found via SEO and Paid Search.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UNFINISHED could have done differently?

Sometimes in a desire to go fast little tiny things are missed, but are always resolved quickly. I'm ok with a few hours' delay in order for everything to be close to perfect!
