I am managing partner in LegalMasters Nedeva and Yordanova legal partnership. We candle civil commercial and property cases.

For what projects/services did your company hire Unax, and what were your goals?

We were newly created Bulgarian legal partnership without many clients and our business strategy was to get our services online where we could get clients who will prefer online legal service to standard in person legal service. When in march 2020 the Corona crises hit Bulgaria the project got even more important for us because of the measures and quarantine.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached several small developing companies and freelancers working with WordPress and Woo commerce. We chose Unax because they got very deep into the specifics in our business and its logic and offered custom solutions.

We had very easy going communication and the project was organized through Trello which was very useful. From our side we provided visuals and selected design of the pages, menus, services, and texts and very soon we had a core of a website. The most challenging part was to make the programing logic of the legal services part of which were with a fixed price and for others an offer is requested.

Unax did that flawlessly. Other important part of the project was programing legal calculators for users to see in advance their legal expenses. Those was literally a piece of cake for Unax, 2 years already after the start of the platform those are the most popular pages.

From Unax on our project there was one full stack developer and partially one junior developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The main thing was that our legal business became visible. For the fist year around 30% of our income came from the online legal services, for the second as well, in general users do not meet obstacles while working with the site.

We really enjoyed working with Unax, our communication was with the main developer and the project was eased by Trello which was very helpful

They are very skilled and made sure all our demands were met. They made valuable suggestions when we didn't know how to handle some project parts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our partnership was very productive, we will be glad if the team grows even more.
