UIUX MEDIA has given us with UI/UX design services for our mobile app. Still, they’re so amazing that we’ll also collaborate with them to design and develop a new website. As for the technology stack, UIUX MEDIA usually uses Figma to generate the designs, UX, and process flows.

UIUX MEDIA began considering how to redesign everything when we first gave them a brief that included information about what we currently had, how we designed the product, our ideas, and certain decisions we had made regarding the current UX.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our app's performance in the app stores is another way we've gauged the success of this project, but most importantly, we look at our help desk activity. We recently won two bronze awards from the Lovie Awards for a couple of the designs we made with UIUX MEDIA, which was an impressive measure of success. These awards included the people's award, which indicates that many people voted for us.

A high volume of complaints indicates that something isn't functioning properly.  However, as users become more accustomed to our solution which is made very simple by the way it has been designed we see a decrease in service tickets.  Since this is a continuing cooperation, we are obviously not finished yet.

Considering that creating something exceptional takes time, UIUX MEDIA excels in meeting deadlines.  Therefore, in order to avoid needlessly pressuring people to complete their work, we don't always use deadlines.  We do have internal deadlines, of course, but they take both design and development into account.

 We coordinate design activities and use cases as part of our project management process using Asana.  At a deeper level, we also use Atlassian, which includes Confluence and Jira for managing documentation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The crew at UIUX MEDIA was incredibly intelligent and creative.  It is quite hard to find a team that can work creatively on a mobile app that has already been built.  For them, this undertaking has been a very difficult assignment.

Nevertheless, I've observed that UIUX MEDIA has given the project careful consideration.  They wouldn't have been successful otherwise.  They conducted thorough investigation and met our expectations with their delivery.

Both internal stakeholders and external users have continuously commended the project's notable enhancement of our site's visual design and overall user experience.  Many people praised our contemporary, user-friendly design, highlighting the smooth navigation and tidy layout in particular.  Our design and development teams' collaboration was greatly expedited by the design system UIUX MEDIA installed, guaranteeing consistency throughout the website and increasing the effectiveness of upcoming updates.  Overall, the project achieved our objectives of improving our platform's usability and appearance.

In order to map out important user flows and provide some testable hypotheses, they began with a discovery workshop.  We shared our early prototypes with our users, got their input, and made adjustments.  They then got to work creating a visual design system, creating all of the flows, edge cases, handoff documentation, and assisting us in defining the v2 roadmap.

• Never before have we witnessed such a seamless hand-off from designers; everything was planned and recorded, and our engineers were able to get right to work.
•  The measures we established for user satisfaction at one of our sessions have also surpassed our expectations.
