They have reworked and transformed our branding completly and their Market research content development work has been phenomenal it's 225% in our digital traffic. Good amount of leads. Overall I am happy with their work. I can say it exceeded my expectations.

They were very friendly and drove the entire engagement as part of our team. We connected weekly at start and transitioned monthly connects. For any critical sign-off they where quick to call and we have been getting daily status update. I would say the communication from them had made us very comfortable with the project.

Though, they did well in going above and beyond and managing everything in a budget. It's not something that I would personally want but from a business point-of-view I won't mind it either.

I am the owner of a Digital Video Production Agency. We help businesses with Custom Video Production for Digital Marketing. We help in all types of video content including live action, animated content in both 2D and 3D. We understand the end goal of the customer and advise on the type of content that would help them achieve that objective.

Our line of work has been getting very competitive with many other players coming forth in the market. Generating new business was getting very difficult. We wanted to take the Digital Marketing route to generate leads and get some attention.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project was to generate 100 leads per month from various digital campaigns across all popular social media sites.

How did you select this vendor?

We were evaluating various digital agencies to partner with us in this initiative. We finally zeroed down on überbrains∞ 'cause we found our interactions quite engaging.

They took a deep dive into our business, understanding what we do and then suggesting a logical solution for us. They took us through a detailed step by step process on how things would play out. We did not find that approach from any of the other vendors.

We had an existing website which was a bit old age and was not doing anything much for us in the sense of generating leads. The team at überbrains∞ helped us with a fresh look for our website which statistically builds confidence with the customer. Then there were digital advertising campaigns designed to drive traffic to the website and landing pages. The lead form design was also quite intuitive to promote a call to action from our customers.

They have a team of two to five people. I was directly in touch with the Principle and that's where most of our interactions have been.

It's a work in progress and we have already hit 50% of our lead goals. We are achieving 50 leads per month. Thanks to überbrains∞, the company should be hitting its goal in the next two months.

The workflow has been very good and interactive. They value our inputs and have always kept them in consideration.

The value additions and intuitive ideas are quite impressive. They explain the logic to why something should be done in a certain way and that's always convinced us to move forward.

Then the development started in terms of logo, website, marketing content and results were very encouraging. Within 6 months brand recall enhanced tremendously.

Project management was pretty much impressive and yeilded a good response.

Most important of all, there was never a communication gap between us during the project. They were swift to react, respond, and provide solutions.

Though its rare to find anyone 100% perfect, but they have quite lived up to the mark. Keeping a constant follow up post projects being done would be an added plus point for them. Overall they are hardworking and deliver results.
