With the beginning of the war, the activities of the NGO "Divchata" were reoriented to providing financial, humanitarian and psychological assistance to war victims. Communicating with children and adolescents is a very difficult task. Thanks to a good creative idea and clear mechanics, we got a high level of audience involvement and retention. The advertising campaign reached more than 5,600,000 people. We received 2,054 reports from children of violations of their civil rights. The results of the project were highly appreciated by us and other experts. #SMTHWENTWRONG has received 5 different awards at advertising festivals, including a special achievement Effie Award - "Best of Digital Development".

A large shared focus was on fine-tuning the target audiences (we have got quite a complicated profile for TA) and analyzing the results. One of the most valuable work that has been done with us was consulting on how to increase our reach and engagement purposes through a combination of digital channels. Basically, these recommendations have been laid as a ground for our digital planning this year.
