Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a wedding photographer, specializing in natural-light photography. I strive to capture joyful, genuine, and loving moments between couples.

For what projects/services did your company hire TXCAPstudio?

We’ve worked together previously to build the first iteration of my website and to compile a magazine. Now, I needed them to help me rebrand.

What were your goals for this project?

My site showcases my portfolio and a blog, which I update throughout the week. I wanted a natural-looking website that featured easy navigation between my works to attract more clients.

How did you select this vendor?

I’ve known their two founders for years and trusted them to help me execute my vision. They have never let me down. After working closely with them for nearly two years, we’ve become familiar with each other’s approaches.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Using design examples that I provided, they developed my site, choosing the colors, layouts, and pages. They made my vision a reality.

They also integrated my business management software with the website to automatically import my leads into my accounting platform. This has saved me so much time.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with one of their co-founders.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Without my website, my business would not be where it is today. Since its launch, the site has set a new standard for sites in my industry, and competitors have replicated my blog style. It's good to know people like the website and check in on it often. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had great communication. If I needed something handled immediately, I knew that I could reach out to TXCAPstudio, even via text, and they would complete in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated their open communication and customer service.
