Tx Dynamics basically built us our own version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and an LMS, all rolled into one. They created a custom CMS and a payment system that handles multicurrency transactions and subscriptions.  Migrating our huge database from WordPress to the new system. 
But they nailed it. They also added features like user roles for different account types, a built-in video player, and offline viewing for the iOS app. These weren’t just extras—they were crucial for the platform to work on both web and mobile.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even though we’re still finishing development, the response has been amazing. Our team loves the new admin panel—it’s super easy to use and has made managing things way simpler. Users are loving the design and how much easier it is to interact with content. And now, expanding our offerings feels like a breeze.

Tx Dynamics basically did everything for us. They handled the app and web platform design, development, and user experience. Using geo-location tools, employers can log in, post jobs, and find workers nearby. The system has this awesome API database that connects employers to thousands of construction pros. 
While the Android app’s still in the works, the iOS version is live, and we’re super happy with it so far. They didn’t just code; they helped with the design, workflows, and processes. It felt like they cared about this as much as we did. 
Now we’re prepping a marketing campaign, and knowing the foundation they built is solid gives us a lot of confidence.

Everyone loves the app. Internally, our team’s impressed, and early testers keep talking about how easy it is to use.I’ve been in development for years, so I know good work when I see it, and Tx Dynamics nailed it. The app looks and works even better than we hoped.

Their project management? Amazing. We’ve had steady check-ins—weekly or even twice a week sometimes. We’ve used Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, and email; they’re super flexible. What’s wild is how they stayed on track, even during the war in Ukraine. 
They never missed a single deadline. They also used tools like InVision for prototypes, which made everything smoother. Sure, we’re juggling a few tools, but email has been our go-to, and they’ve worked with us on that without any issues.

The project included four native apps—two for iOS and two for Android—since we operate under two brands, Just Play and One Game. It was a key part of our strategy to create a consistent experience across platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 They gave us everything we imagined and more.Our apps have over 130 ratings on the iOS App Store, an average of 4.6 stars, and more than 10,000 downloads. 
On Google Play, it’s even better: 4.7 stars and over 5,000 downloads. What impressed me the most was how stable the apps were. We’ve barely had any bugs, which shows they did top-quality work. The apps are a hit with users, which really matters to us.

Honestly, it was excellent. They kept everything organized, stayed in touch, and dealt with challenges quickly. They worked in sprints, so we always knew what was happening and could immediately jump on any issues. I really liked how transparent they were. 
They kept us updated throughout the process—what stage they were in, what hurdles they were handling, everything. And since we’re a bootstrap company with a tight budget, their staying on time and within budget was huge. We used Figma for designs and Slack for communication, and it all went super smoothly.

we started working with them back in march 2023. first thing was the UX design for the app. that part was a lot of back-and-forth—like tweaking wireframes, fixing screen layouts, and all that fun stuff. by july, we finally nailed down the designs and then started the coding phase in august. they used react for the app and worked on the website at the same time. now we’re wrapping up, getting approval for the app stores, and moving the backend stuff to AWS to be ready for launch. one cool feature is the recruitment algorithm that matches candidates to jobs automatically. plus we added basics like account setup and file uploads to keep it smooth for users.

They also offer recommendations for future improvements that may be made.

We use several metrics to evaluate success over the course of the partnership. A single factor is the caliber of the outputs, namely the quantity of defects recorded for each iteration. We now have the freedom to adjust our software development resources in response to demand thanks to Tx Dynamics. We wouldn't have been able to enjoy some of the accomplishments we had with our goods without the work they completed.

Project management software of any kind is not used by Tx Dynamics. I believe they use agile software development methodologies for the majority of their work. To project when items need to be delivered, they employ Excel and narrative point estimating tools.

We require a lot of upkeep as a partner. Tx Dynamics is one of the partners that regularly meets our high expectations. We thoroughly vetted a number of development companies from across the United States, conducting initial conversations regarding the company, their resources, and past projects. Tx Dynamics offered an extensive portfolio of complex projects and highly skilled developers. Their in-depth proposal was priced within our budget and clearly demonstrated that they understood the project goals.  

Once we finalized the contract, we conducted an initial analysis to verify and validate the statement of work. We were also introduced to our project manager and determined a call schedule to review project status. Then we moved into the development phase, during which we were provided with weekly burn rate and resource utilization reports detailed to 15-minute intervals. After Tx Dynamics developed and QA’d the initial MVP, we tested it in our environment and were more than satisfied with the results. Tx Dynamics has since completed several iterations.

The product allowed us to easily and effectively track client assets through the recycling stage. We were able to replace a paperwork-heavy process with a custom solution that met our company's needs.
