Richr hired Two Point One with a major need for a trusted partner that could handle everything from deploying top of funnel pages for converting leads, to overhauling a backend system with many tangled legacy systems and processes. Richr leveraged the expertise of Two Point One on everything from engineering and product to design and strategy needs. 

Two Point One provided the following deliverables (as of date):

• Overhauled Richr.com website with new front and back end (new designs included)
• Modernized the Richr backend to be more powerful and secure with less latency, and improved the alert response system for outages
• Developed and deployed key frontend and backend features for Richr Money, integrating multiple APIs while adhering to strict KYC and other compliance requirements 
• Created Architectural Plan for scaling of Richr users with multiple product offerings 
• Automated daily lead sourcing and integration with CRM (Zoho), saving 30 minutes a day of manual effort 
• Created a proprietary Home Valuation tool that integrates with public Real Estate registration database APIs and Zoho CRM, creating a new source of organic leads 
• Automated the delivery of key client information post sign up via Zoho CRM

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• 5x increase in self-service sign-ups within the first 2 months
• Launched Richr Money MVP, including the first client onboarding and successful investment of funds directly from escrow
• Increased Organic Conversions by 3x by overhauling the Richr Blog and unifying CTAs

Two Point One worked closely with our team to determine priorities and delivered within the expected timeframes within each sprint. Ongoing, frequent communications using web messenger and project management tools made coordinating last minute requests a breeze and allowed us to keep momentum despite ad-hoc requests that would otherwise distract.

We raised $6M USD and built our business. Two Point One did an AMAZING job to get us where we are and to prove our model.
